Super Lage, besser geht es nicht mehr. Gutes Frühstückbuffet (für Italien). Super Dachterasse, sehr gutes Restaurant (Fusion, gegenüber). Sehr guter Taxi Service (max 3 Min gewartet) Kein Pool, lange Wartezeiten im Restaurant Fusion. Klimaanlage im Hotelzimmer eher laut (man musste abstellen zum schlafen) |

Das Hotel liegt zentral (Ponte Veccio) und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um alle interessanten Orte in Florenz zu erreichen. Design Hotel mit entspannter Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. |

Location, location, location, extremly friendly and competent staff at reception. Beautiful rooms. Were given an upgrade and had view on the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno..... We had booked two rooms. When we arrived they only had 1 reservation and 1 room. Fortunately their hotel opposite had a room or should we wish to be in the same hotel 2 rooms. I did know the other hotel and picked the Continental, so this was disappointing.Attitude of the staff dealing with our check/problem was outstanding. Room in other hotel was tiny. It was difficult to step into or out of the shower without bumping into the toilet. Lots of staff running around in the bar and in the breakfast rooms and still no service. Waited ages to pay bar bill. Were told at 09:30 on Sunday morning that no croissants or danish were left although breakfast can be taken until 11:00 (cost of breakfast is 25 Euros) |

Amazing service, style and location!!! What an amazing value! Truly first class in every manner. Loved the roof top bar lounge, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Room service menu was a little boring. I know we're in Florence with fabulous restaurants, but some times you just want to crash in your room with dinner and a movie |

This hotel is great, the location is central to everything you need in Firenze. The roof top bar is a great place to have a drink and watch the sun set over the Arno. The staff made our stay even better with smiles, great english and good knowledge of the area. Our first room was small, and luckily for us the hot water did not work and we got upgraded to a room on the 2 floor. One of the best rooms i have ever stayed in. |

The rooms were very clean and stylish, and the top floor terrace is amazing! They provide free internet in room for the entire stay, which was indispensable for us. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the location is outstanding. There is not much to dislike about the hotel. We had a good deal. 3 nights for the price of 2. Otherwise, it is a bit expensive. 25euros a person for breakfast when there is a cute bar on the river next door where you can get the same things for 4euros, is a bit difficult to understand in terms of their search for revenue. Oh, and the towels smelled of vinegar - Must be the laundry service. |

Very friendly staff, hotel situated at 20m of Ponte Vecchio though in a quiet area, room spacious and well equipped, gorgeous bar with view over the Ponte Vecchio Clima was sometimes difficult to manage, corridors were very, very warm |

El confort y decoraciòn de la habitaciòn, práctica y cómoda, muy de diseño . La ubicaciòn para ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés en la ciudad. La sala del desayuno es un poco pequeña. NOs hicieron una oferta y compensaba quedarse en ese caso, pero a su precio habitual no . En ese caso es mejor acercarse a cualquier terraza o café, P.Q. tiene más encanto. |
