The rooms were very clean and stylish, and the top floor terrace is amazing! They provide free internet in room for the entire stay, which was indispensable for us. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the location is outstanding. There is not much to dislike about the hotel. We had a good deal. 3 nights for the price of 2. Otherwise, it is a bit expensive. 25euros a person for breakfast when there is a cute bar on the river next door where you can get the same things for 4euros, is a bit difficult to understand in terms of their search for revenue. Oh, and the towels smelled of vinegar - Must be the laundry service. |

Very friendly staff, hotel situated at 20m of Ponte Vecchio though in a quiet area, room spacious and well equipped, gorgeous bar with view over the Ponte Vecchio Clima was sometimes difficult to manage, corridors were very, very warm |

Staff di grande gentilezza e sempre d'aiuto. Localizzazione ottima per le visite della città. Ottima la vista sull'Arno. Hotel bello e pulito. Unico aspetto da rilevare, anche se comprensibile, vista la localizzazione dell'albergo, sono le camere un poco piccole. |

Das Hotel liegt zentral (Ponte Veccio) und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um alle interessanten Orte in Florenz zu erreichen. Design Hotel mit entspannter Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. |

la camera in cui ho soggiornato è molto bella e confortevole, la colazione squisita, ci sono i migliori croissant che abbia mai mangiato in Italia, c'è molta discrezione e il panorama sull'arno è davvero suggestivo, ho sfruttato molto la sala relax che da sul ponte vecchio, tutto molto romantico! anche se bellissima, mi aspettavo una camera più grande, nella sala relax mettono a ripetizione sempre la stessa musica |

tout : sa situation, sa décoration, sa salle de détente avec vue sur le Ponte Vecchio et sur l'Arno, sa terrasse panoramique sur le toit, son petit dejeuner et la gentillesse du personnel rien et nous conseillons à nos amis d'y aller et nous y retournerons surtout si booking continue de proposer un tarif aussi interessant |

評判のホテルなので、友人夫妻も誘って行きました。ホテル自体は、良いのですが、高い料金のrinerview側を取りましたが、階数が低く、殆ど河は見えず 窓を開けると、建物でした。あれでriverviewというのはひどいと思います。 |

river viewの部屋を頼んでいたのに、窓から顔をださないと見えなかった。変更を頼むと部屋を変更してくれた。 朝食時に勝手に部屋に入られており、戻ってきたときにびっくりした。 |
