La ubicación...inmejorable, muy moderno y minimalista.

Muy impersonal, y un poco caro....por su diseño, no ves a nadie del hotel, para el lugar, prefiero un hotel más clásico.

el conntinentale es un hotel excelente con una ubicacion frente al ponte vechio Y justo en el medio de todas las areas turisticas de florencia. consegui un gran rate en un hotel agradable moderno Y comodo. si volviera A florencia me quedaria nuevamente en este hotel

Su ubicación es buenísima, facilita el recorrido de la ciudad por su proncipales atracciones y su comercio. Sus habitaciones sumamente acogedoras y diseño cuidadoso.

hay una cosa que no me gusto, me cobraron 2 consumiciones en la terraza del bar Y no nos las sirvieron. el fallo fue mio de no mirar la factura. la respuesta del hotel no fue aceptable.

La ubicación es fantástica y al terraza para terminar los días superagradable. El hotel en general esta muy bien.

El calor en el ascensor es exagerado.

La decoración y los detalles de diseño, además de la perfecta ubicación.

Awesome location. Friendly staff that made us feel welcome & lined up tours & restaurants that were excellent.

Rooftop bar was crowded & we were told by a waiter they were too full for us to get a drink.

Difficult to find the hotel in a car, and sat nags don't work in the narrow streets of Florence. Hotel should give better instructions on how to get to hotel by car.

The view from our room was directly on the Ponto Vecchio, that was amazing!!! We stayed two nights and felt really in the heart of this historical city. Interior design is unusual and fascinating!

The hotel is hard to find. There is a wrong positioning on the google map. You can also forget about using your car there. The streets are narrow and all rules regarding the traffic are unclear

Very friendly and helpful staff. We wanted to book for a hired car with driver and the concierge on duty helped us called a few companies to compare rates at our request. Design of the room was really nice and modern, and extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay at Continentale again on my next trip to Florence. There is a real designer touch of 'Ferragamo'! Well done!

Terrace was closed unfortunately. Missed that information b4 booking.

I was there with my husband and young daughter (8 months) and my older mother. There was initially a mix-up with the room and they put her in the room with our baby stuff. We had the big room overlooking the Arno, 504. she was in 202, which is right over the Ponte Vecchio. Because of the noise and the (somewhat) smaller room, we asked to change. They were very kind in accommodating us, and put us in 204. they also provided a baby bed with very cute linens and a baby bath basin, towel, and changing cushion. Buffet breakfast is somewhat ridiculous at 25 euro (though we paid 40 for the 3 of us at some place outside) though they have continental apparently for 15 and the room service coffee is a great bargain at 3 euro ! a big carafe with milk and delicious biscuits. I'd stay here again.

I imagine the street noise is very loud in summer. Closing the windows does help considerably.

Everything was great, specially location and the beautiful and modern design.

What a fantastically stylish hotel! Bang in the heart of Florence and with a rooftop bar to finish off the day with a scenic view of the sillouettes and illuminated landmarks. Cheery and helpful staff eased us into a wonderful city and helped make it a perfect romantic visit to a perfectly romantic city...

The design, the size, the breakfast, and the staff extremely efficient without being obsequious and very sweet.

Lovely hotel right on the Pont Vecchio - superb location. The door man was (not only goodlooking!) really helpful and carried our bags to our rooms and parked the car. The room above mine's shower leaked into my shower and this was dealt with immediately. The roof top terrace was an added bonus - great views and very generous drinks! The rooms were pleasantly decorated and the air conditioner easy to operate. The corridors were really hot though on the 4th & 5th floors but that was due to the door to the roof terrace being open most of the time and it was really really hot! Had a great time in Florence!

Would have been nice to have had coffee/tea facilities in the room.

We really enjoyed the curtains around the bed, it's a lovely touch. The Sky Lounge is wonderful for drinks once the sun starts going down in the evening.

The door of the bathroom didn't open properly and the floor of the shower was unstable and moved around.

We loved everything! The staff was amazing. They were always ready to assist with any questions, etc. They were warm and friendly and made us feel like we were their only customer. The room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The roof top lounge was a perfect way to end the day. We would highly recommend Continentale!
