Hotel Continentale  

The air conditioning was not working properly and it was 28 degrees celcius outside. I had to complain to the hotel staff and finally at 11.30 at night had to change my room and even here it was a similar problem. I spent a sleepless night only to wake up groggy for a business meeting the following morning.

The location near the train station was excellent as was its proximity to the Piero frescoes. The staff at the hotel were accommodating, the decor attractive, the breakfast substantial and the room warm and quiet. We liked this town with its wide pedestrianised streets.

Internet connection was instable at best..otherwise a decent hotel

First and foremost, the kindness and friendliness of all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was ideal for visiting the old city and handy for trains and buses for making excursions. My wife and I appreciated the lounge, but just one small complaint. We would request that guests did not use it as an office I.E. sitting at laptop ,making seemingly endless mobile tel. Calls (inevitably in a loud voice that disrupts the quire, privacy asnd concentration for others present! Sjurely, theguerst's own room si fthe place for wokring in this way. This part, we enjoyed our stay with you immensely and would happily recommend Hotel Continentale to our friends.

Nice remodeling of the room- new furniture, nice wc facilities. I had room faced back yard and it was nice to stay quiet in the noisy center. nice view from the terrace

La posizione è certamente ottima.

La camera era arredata con mobili di stili diversi e di pessimo gusto, la pulizia di coperte e lenzuola lasciava molto a desiderare. troppo cara la tariffa per la qualità dell'hotel.

Ho soggiornato nell'hotel continentale per il weekend del 12-13novembre. Ottima struttura rinnovata da poco tempo. La stanza è arredata bene e con gusto e per quelle che danno sulla strada è presente una doppia finistra in modo da limitare il disturbo proveniente dalla via. Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro. Presenta all'ultimo piano una bellissima terrazza da cui è possibile vedere tutta Arezzo (veramente una cosa carina). Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e cortese. Ottima colazione. Rispetto ad altri alberghi ad Arezzo forse costa un pò di più ma ne vale la pena per il servizio e per le stanze!

Nonostante il mio giudizio sull'hotel è molto buono, si possono individuare dei piccoli "nei": il bagno per un 4stelle è un pò piccolino, la mancanza di un parcheggio gratuito dell'hotel.

Non economico

La camera a me assegnata, N.230, doppia uso singola, era appena sufficiente per girare intorno al letto, non aveva posto per posare la valigia e nel complesso l'arredamento e la struttura non erano adeguati ad un albergo 4 stelle.

L'hotel e' ben posizionato vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro da raggiungere in poche centinaia di metri a piedi. La stanza (2° piano) era ben arredata (tutto nuovo), munita di doccia grande e balcone su strada. La colazione buona.

Via rumorosa ma finestra munita di doppi vetri.
