Hotel Continentale  

Everything was perfect, staff were wonderful very helpful and friendly , and they were ready to help me every moment for everything... Also the hotel was perfect, in the center of city, and exactly is the place to stay there. The train station is near, also the bus station too, for anyone who want to go for shopping in outlet valdichiana village... When I go again in Arrezo, sure that I will go again in this hotel...

Only breakfast isn't so good, otherwise everything is ok...

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very accommodating. Thank you for posting my cards. The information on arrival about the market was great as being a visitor I may not had ventured that way. Thank you it was a pleasant stay and would recommend you to mt friends and would come back again.

First, I was amazed how close it's to the train station, which was actually my intention for the booking, since I had to catch the train to Rome in the early morning. So the location is perfect, just 5-7 mins by walking with the luggage. The room I stayed is delicately designed, yet two paintings on the wall are totally unfitting. Breakfast buffet's abundant, however, it's from 7:00 and cannot be earlier, so I had to be rush and leave by 7:20. It has a very beautiful and broad view on the roof with comfortable chairs and couches. Staff are efficient and friendly, speak english well.

Pity the internet connection costs a few euros. Two horrible paintings on the wall are totally unfitting with the delicate interior design.

Excellent hotel. Exceeded expectations. Perfect position, close to station and central city. Lovely roof terrace and excellent room.Staff were great.

Breakfasts a little below par to what we have been getting , no fresh coffee only a machine and no cooked eggs unless oredered and paid for.

La professionalità,

Lo staff è estremamente gentile. La posizione è comodissima sia per l'arrivo in treno che in macchina. Si raggiungono tutti I punti importanti di Arezzo a piedi. Colazione ricca e completa.

L'ampio bagno pulito e di recente ristrutturato

Arredamento stanza un po' di cattivo gusto (le foto sono ingannevoli) la colazione veramente misera(la parte salata quasi inesistente, e I pochi dolci rinsecchiti. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata la macchinetta automatica per caffè e cappuccino) Non accettabile per un 4 stelle

La posizione è centrale ma tranquilla. L'hotel non ha il garage ma ce n'è uno a pagamento a pochi passi. C'è comunque posto per la sosta temporanea di 2/3 auto davanti all'hotel per dar modo di scaricare I bagagli. La camera, con balconcino, era puilita, così pure il bagno, impreziosito da una bella orchidea. Doccia ampia con getto potente. Oltre al sapone, bagnoschiuma, cuffia, cotton fioc, ecc, c'erano in dotazione anche spazzolini e dentifricio. Personale gentile. Colazione varia. Ci tornerei

Ho soggiornato nell'hotel continentale per il weekend del 12-13novembre. Ottima struttura rinnovata da poco tempo. La stanza è arredata bene e con gusto e per quelle che danno sulla strada è presente una doppia finistra in modo da limitare il disturbo proveniente dalla via. Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro. Presenta all'ultimo piano una bellissima terrazza da cui è possibile vedere tutta Arezzo (veramente una cosa carina). Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e cortese. Ottima colazione. Rispetto ad altri alberghi ad Arezzo forse costa un pò di più ma ne vale la pena per il servizio e per le stanze!

Nonostante il mio giudizio sull'hotel è molto buono, si possono individuare dei piccoli "nei": il bagno per un 4stelle è un pò piccolino, la mancanza di un parcheggio gratuito dell'hotel.

Struttura datata camera ristrutturata ma non da 4 stelle materiali scadenti e kitsch!!!!
