The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the railway station and the centre. Vey clean and new. Staff friendly. Breakfast is included in the price but what is included does not fit for a 4 star hotel. If you want eggs it is extra. The interior is slightly cheap looking.

Location and rooftop terrace. The rooms walls were crimson and it had gray bedspreads and draperies. The clothes armoire was gray metal.

Very friendly staff who provided an excellent service. Location was ideal for visiting the sites.The arrangement for bringing your car to the hotel and taking it away at the end of the day was a real luxury.A drink in the evening on the roof terrace was an unique delight. The breakfast was not great but then it rarely is in Italian hotels!

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very helpful, breakfast was great and the terrace is a must for an evening of relaxing over looking Arezzo.

The staff were charming and helpful. The room was as requested. The location was fantastic very central and a stones throw from the train station. We arrived by train. The best bit was the lovely roof top terrace where we drank prosecco in the balmy evening breeze. The drinks failed to appear on the bill and when I enquired I was informed that they were with the compliments of the management. Also a great breakfast buffet! 10 out of 10

Excellent location close to rail and bus links. Hotel clean and well maintained with comfortable room and splendid roof garden to relax in and enjoy lovely views. Roberto, on reception, was friendly and so helpful - he was so good to deal with. Our room at the back of the hotel was nice and quiet. The only major disappointment was the limited breakfast selection. It rated the lowest of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip through Italy. In every other facet the hotel is excellent but falls well short of a pass mark for the standard of breakfast provided

We could check in right away, great bathroom, fantastic buffet, good location. We were on the first level and the noise from people and traffic below was pretty loud until 2 am.

Everything was perfect, staff were wonderful very helpful and friendly , and they were ready to help me every moment for everything... Also the hotel was perfect, in the center of city, and exactly is the place to stay there. The train station is near, also the bus station too, for anyone who want to go for shopping in outlet valdichiana village... When I go again in Arrezo, sure that I will go again in this hotel... Only breakfast isn't so good, otherwise everything is ok...
