L'acceuil était très sympathique et en Français.

The hotel was clean, bright and airy. The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and pleasant to be in. It is centrally situated.

It is difficult to find by car, but that is the fault of Trieste's traffic arrangements. I had to park by the harbour and walk to the hotel, having asked directions of a resident. Perhaps the hotel might consider giving directions on their website. The google maps link is almost useless.

The staff went out of their way to assist us. I have a gluten allergy and in the breakfast buffet I was delighted to find all kinds of gluten-free products.

The polish and elegance of the hotel was superb. The staff were very helpful and always on hand. Top class shopping is right outside the door.

The taxi driver the hotel recommended took advantage of us and charged well over the ordinary rate for a trip to the airport.

Hotel is very clean and quite new; Parking ( few options) close to the hotel; Location perfect for shopping, business or city tour; Staff kind and ready to help.

Central location. Staff were extremely helpful and had good local knowledge. Rooms and reception catered for all our needs. Breakfast was very good.

Staff friendliness and location

There are only italian tv channels: no variety. There are no complimentary drinks such as: mineral water, tea or coffee inside the room. The sitting are fureniture is very modest and needs a lot of improvement.

no airconditioning no internet service in my room no mini bar replenshment no top bed sheet staying at this hotel really spoilt my holiday experience by switching of power to the airconditioning this meant windows had to be opened to get some air circulation and hence mosquitos entered and bit me all night

Our hostess' welcome: the owner is on-site and as a matter of course offered us weary travelers a simple meal upon our midnight arrival. I believe you can count on that level of empathy/courtesy/customer service in response to your own need, whatever it might be. Beyond that pleasure, the hotel itself is a boutique gem. In San Francisco or the correct Los Angeles neighborhood it'd be the talk of the in crowd, and I wouldn't be able to find space. It's got a modern white decor, hardwood floors, small but very comfortable rooms. Everything works, and is of the highest standard. Location: excellent. Molo 4 is five minutes walk and provides parking for Eu10 per 24 hours, and shopping and other targets are similarly nearby. (If you arrive by private car and are a stranger in this land, you may need to be advised that you simply put most of your vehicle on the sidewalk in front of the place, turn on your blinkers, and check in.)

I kept trying to use the decorative door instead of the real one. They need stickers for people like me: "please guide this gentleman to the exit". Or something like that. Seriously, it's as perfect as hotels can be.

From booking to checking out this hotel was excellent in every way. Most pleasing was the friendliness of the staff.

Great location, very good service, good experience overall.

Very good service and friendly staff. Staff assisted with parking, unpacking the car. I surely made our visit extremely comfortable with our 8 month old baby and the grandfather. Staff also assisted with recommendations for restaurants.

Poco pratico il sistema dell'aria condizionata che non si può regolare completamente.

Tutto praticamente stupendo! Posizione centralissima, camere bellissime, pulizia ineccepibile, ottima colazione a buffet e personale che dire veramente gentile e disponibile è ancora poco!!!! Soggiorno magnifico.
