The views across the Bay of Naples.
The fabulous views and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast options were enormous and fresh.
Location, setting and view.
Room was a little small for family.
TV - poor size and Chanel opetions
Décor was good Staff were helpful Location is great, a bit out of town, but easy enough to get around. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Front desk staff were efficient and helpful.
Beds were quite hard.
Location and beautiful decor
fabulous location excellent buffet breakfast variety of terraces to lounge
noise level from other rooms
The staff in the restaurant for breakfast and on the terrace for dinner were excellent. The reception staff were a little hit and miss, depending on individuals. Good location, easy access to Sorrento on the local bus. Ok to walk if not too hot. View from the suite terrace was fabulous, however see what we didn't like for the balanced view…
The layout of the two rooms of the suite was strange - walking into the bedroom, with bed in the centre of the room and then past the bathroom to another room, with sofa facing the bar fridge and wall (tv in the bedroom). Terrace was very large with fabulous views, however is right next to the kitchen exhaust fan - very noisy and blowing hot air .. When we spoke to the manager he said it was transparent in photos on their website however to us this was not obvious and very disappointing as it really impacted the time on the terrace (which we minimized as a result). The air-conditioning did not work on several occasions during our 6 night stay & the fridge also one time. Both were fixed upon request however overall a disappointing stay and cannot recommend to others.
Everything! Location, stuff, breakfast, view. Very plesent hotel
The bed! Very very uncomfortable
Great location - you can watch the sunset from your balcony! Good breakfast, but when you stay for a week you'd expect at least some minor changes in the menu. The hotel's restaurant is worth visiting due to the view, delicious food and great service. There is a good discount for the beach seats and elevator for the people who stay at the hotel - dont forget to ask at the reciption for it ;)
the hotel design , location , staff very friendly and efficient .
The room was big, we had a beautiful terrace Staff was very friendly and helpful View is perfect Quiet location only about 25 min walk to downtown Sorrento and on bus route
If getting a terrace ask for one not over looking the restaurant as there is a bright light that shines Thin walls so you can hear people if they are loud No pool
Lovely views over Sorrento & the Bay of Naples. The beach sharing arrangement works well. Staff can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable.
It does take 25 - 30 minutes walking at a good pace to get to the centre of Sorrento.
View from balcony stunning very helpful staff
Breakfast same every day bit of fruit variety and change of type of eggs Shuttle bus wools be a bonus
The staff of the hotel is great. Excellent place to stay for comfort, location, and amazing view
The location is excellent, 20 minute walk to Sorrento Centre or local Bus stop 2 minute walk away. Quality of accommodation, food, scenery, and service second to none. A special thanks to Luigi, his service always with a smile and nothing was too much trouble, he made our stay even more enjoyable and perfect to say the least.
the hotel's view to the sea, nice verandas for breakfast and restaurant, very close to sorento
room with backyard view was a bit small
The location is perfect to those who prefer quit place instead of city center's uproar. However, the city center and the port for other destinations can be reached easily in a few minutes by bus. The barmen at the lobby bar is so kind and makes amazing coctails! And the view to the sea out of the room was amazing!
The dinner in the restaurant was terrible - the value does not correspond the price! This is the worst place to eat we have ever had during our stay in Sorrento
We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with a terrace and sea view as part of our honeymoon trip through Italy. The hotel location is actually in Sant Agnello which is the adjoining town so it's about a 25 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride (costing €15-20) to Sorrento itself. Even so I would definitely choose this hotel and location again. Sorrento itself is lovely but also very busy and bussely compared to Sant Agnello - especially in the hight of the season. If you want a slightly quieter more relaxed place to stay on this side of the Amalfi coast then I would definitely recommend this Hotel. The room itself was a very good size and very comfortable and clean but with the hotel being situated right on the cliffs it was the stunning view looking out over the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius from our balcony that really impressed us and made it special. We had an evening meal in the restaurant on two occasions during our 4 night stay - the food was of a very good standard, the staff very friendly and professional and the outdoor terrace dining room offers a great panoramic view over the whole coast line of Sorrento and Naples. A perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets. The only downside is that there is no swimming pool although there is a beach right next to the hotel if you really want a swim. We also spent 2 nights at a great hotel in Positano but we both agreed that Hotel Corallo and Sant Agnello was our favourite all round. If you want a quieter more relaxed place to stay on this side of the Amalfi coast then I would definitely recommend this Hotel! *****
Fantastic views and location!
Quite expensive and no tea, coffee or kettle facilities in the room so you are forced to use expensive room service.
a courtesy bus to town centre would have saved paying 20 euros every trip
Main Staff Location Cuisine
No swimming pool Noisy Cleaning staff
the position was outstanding
Bathroom was particularly small
Great seaview Clean and neat
Not conveniently located. A little understaffed at reception.
The staff's service was above and beyond...and we were a bit high-maintenance with restaurant reservations, excursions, cars, etc. The views were wonderful, and the facilities are elegant but still relaxed.
Wifi only worked in the lobby area on the main floor, but perhaps that's a good thing for a holiday escape!
