Nice location, not so friendly staff. Really soundproffed rooms. Very small room, dirty windows and shower. Very poor breakfast. Furniture need to be renewed. Completely agree that hotel looks like 2-stars hotel. |

Near tram N12. 10 minutes to Duomo by tram. Clean double room. The hotel and the rooms (double room) are small. Looks and feels more like a 2 star than a 3 star hotel. |

Everything was pretty good with reasonable low price. And the location is good as well even it is not in the centre. Because there is tram just outside the hotel which can go directly to centre. i didn't like the pillow... |

Small hotel but a friendly atmosphere. Room was clean and tidied every day. Breakfast area was small but convenient. More information about using public transport around the city would be very helpful. |

It was close to trams and to the city. There was many restaurants and bars around. The bed was comfortable. The bathtub was small and hard to take a shower in it, and it could have been a little bit cleaner .. |

Everything was much better than expected considering the price! I liked the breakfast and the room was pretty neat and cosy! I also liked the modern design and really enjoyed the comfortable tram transportation. The hotel was located probably in the China Town or something. I didn't mind of course but if you don't like Chinese people, beware!!! You will probably have to get o taxi to the train station or else you' ll need to change trams more than once. Do not arrive late at night without food supplies! Evetything is closed! |

Good location away from high-priced tourist areas. Directly next to tram which takes you straight to Duomo and city center. |

Nice staff, good english. Direct tram no.12 to Duomo, around 20 minutes. Rate really cheap, only €55/night include small breakfast. Free internet. |

De ontvangst en de dienstenservice was uitstekend. Het personeel aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze spraken ook zeer vlot Engels. Er was een internetverbinding die gratis aangeboden werd op een portable pc. Het ontbijt was lekker en verzorgd maar mag iets uitgebreider zijn |
