Internet is not for free although the site claims that it is. For a matter of principle I refused to pay and didn't use it! I can only imagine how many people fall for this fake publicity... Toilets are old and not as clean as they should be.

RThe location was very good. There is a Tram right outside the hotel. The room was comfortable. They even had 1 English speaking tv channel. The breakfast selection was bad. The only bread was slices of white bread. The older waiter did not want to put out the meat tray but yet when he did not work it was available. No fruits just cereal and white bread slices.

The Design of the Hotel was very nice. For the most in the entrance hall (reception) and bar/ breakfast area. The room in the ground floor was renovated, as a result it was very comfortable. Furthermore everything was very clean. In addition the room setup was appropriate (mini bar, tv, closet, ...). The most friendly receptionist was in the early evening! Very nice treatment, open-minded, smiling, personable. Moreover it was relatively calm. The service workforce in the night and early morning was a bit unfliendly. In addition the breakfast assortment was too small. (Great would have been cheese, some fruits, other bread, and the croissants were empty at 9, but the breakfast dures until 10!). Furthermore a shampoo (and not only shower gel) would be nice.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a short tram ride from the heart of the city. The staff are most friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, very nice breakfast buffet and reasonable price add to my high opinion of the hotel. A good value for money worth reccommending.

The hotel was well located. I would like to mention one particular young man called Gabriel who was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on how to get around in Milan. The breakfast could have been better.

Цена качество соответствует. Метро возле отеля нет, но до него можно добраться на 12 трамвае остановка Lanzo зеленая линия . Ехать минут 10.До Дуомо ехать на том же трамвае мин 20. 78 Автобус рядом довезет вас до Сан-Сиро. Рядом много местных забегаловок и супермаркет. Рекомендую ресторан Помидоро на квартал ниже. Там работает русская девочка Олеся. Цена средняя. Русского в отеле не знают. Вай Фай бесплатный но нам до 3-го этажа не доставал. Завтрак, как везде((

Rapporto qualità / prezzo eccezzionale ! Colazione semplice ma non male. Non facile spostarsi: il tram è fermo per I lavori alla metropolitana: bisogna usare l'autobus.

Todo ok en general Desafortunadamente el tipo de recepción del horario de mananas (de lentes ) super mal a mi salida ya q no supo cobrar o no quiso cobrarme con mi tarjeta american express y según el estaba bloqueada cuando tenía cinco minutos d haberla usado y la use media hora después y todo normal. El tipo inepto

Нормальный отель за свои деньги. На завтраке быстро кончалась колбаса и рогалики, хотя это и "шведский стол" но персонал не торопился выносить новые порции, а иногда даже приходилось просить!!!
