Just 215 yards from Santa Maria Novella Station, Hotel Jolì is in a early 19th-century building in Florence’s center. A buffet breakfast with hot and cold food is served daily in the breakfast hall.

Location was good Housekeeping very goid Clean
While we were out on a tour the staff moved our possesions to another room without telling us. We had been there 6 nights so our things were all put away in drawers and shopping in piles ready to pack and they went through everything and put it in bags of course when I questioned the manager all of a sudden he couldnt speak english I will be writing to the board that issues the stars fir accomodation as this was a breach of security and not acceptable. Lots of students live here so very noisy at night.
close to the CityCenter, good public traffic, clean room, good wifi connections
temperature of shower, the students were sometimes after teen o'clock very loud
The shower was the floor of the bathroom, so everthing got wet. No TV. Poor breakfast.
Big clean room
The elevator opens between the floors and you still have to use the stairs. The shower was cold sometimes .
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner
I loved the location to the bus line and to the David Statue!
Had a very hard time communicating with the front desk personnel.
This is NOT a hotel, I have no idea how they got the 2 stars. It's like staying in a hostel and pay for the price of a hotel. The beds were not even real beds, they were camp beds! The room had no shutter (it was broken) so no privacy and the sun would not let you sleep in the morning. Nobody was speaking English.
Old and not maintained building. Extremely noisy fan in the bathroom. Problems with hot water supply. Cleaning service is not every day.
Small, old looking room. The bathroom looked like from the 70s. Weak breakfast diversity.
The staff were excellent, very friendly
The bathroom, some kind of wet room with no bath just a weird shower. Also while the white sheets were clean the covering looked liked a very old table cloth, also the room looked really dated but I guess was fine to just stick your bag in but not a room you wanted to do anything but sleep in and turn off the lights
Basic but ok rooms, just 10-15 minutes walk from the Duomo and Battisterio, just go straight on Via Cavour, unable to miss. Friendly staff.
Dirty shower curtain, noisy room looking onto the street on level 2 and a poor breakfast in such a gourmet city.
Near the center.
Mosquitos, broken window, bathroom with the door to corridor (seems like it wasn't bathroom before). Walls are dirty, breakfast is poor. Parking car for one night +20 euro.
The room was very acceptable considering the price. 15 minutes walking from center. Breakfast was oki.
good location, 10-15 min walking to Duomo, clean room, delicious breakfast
The panorama from our terasse was beautiful and our room was also absolutely ok. Great location, few minutes from city center. Staff was also ok.
The bed was a little bit strange, uncomfortable, because the double bad consisted of two mattresses, which always slide apart from each other.
There are buses from the city center and the central station n front of the hotel.
For this price it is a very goog variant. There are no explicit lacks. Friendly staff with good knowledge of English. Wi-Fi is really working just in the number room.
good breakfast good room
many mosquitos, strong and working sprit!
Very good location near the city centre and the railway station
Rooms need renovation even though they are clean and the shower works good
Honestly I don't have any good references to say about the hotel.
The receptionist was very unpleasant with us and forced us to pay and only after that it told us that no room was available to check in at that moment. The rooms are dirty with lots, lots of ants and mosquitoes. No bathtub in the wc. The hotel is a little bit far from the city center.
the city was very nice.. people are friendly.
in Florence I had to leave from hotel early and just wanted to ask for our breakfast, but I couldnt ... and missed 2 breakfasts when I lived there.. The rooms were too loud, noisy and couldnt sleep well :(
Very central location 10-15min walk down a straight road to the Dumo and all central attractions, easy to find your way back! Some of the staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned frequently. Breakfast good.
Room incredibly small for a twin, the amount of furniture in there indicated it was actually a single room that they just put a camp bed in and rearranged the other furniture. This lead to a chest of draws being behind the door so it didn't open all the way. Their was an air conditioning unit in the room but this was an extra 5euros a night, which when its hot and the window doesn't open is a good price, but you have to ask for the remote in reception.
Location is near to Doumo 10 min. Open buffet breakfast. Cheap.
Old. Shower to close to closet. I have killed many bugs in room.
lack of parking, charge air, insects on the walls
we live in a beautiful room with balcony. It has a super view for the whole florence. Besides, the room is comfortable.
the position is far from the city center. it's not convenient.
