i liked that it was near the cornelia metro station and that it was clean.
That they did not accept credit cards because of the "broken machine" Also that the day that we were leaving the place there was an electricity cut and we had to get down the stairs from the 4th floor with our luggage.
The room was very clean; sheets and towels were changed daily. The staff was very friendly with a client orientated approach.
I was really disappointed about the internet connection or better said lack of internet. Despite staff efforts the internet was working only in the last night (out of 4). The internet is particular important for a city break stay. In our case due the weather conditions we had to review our plans and the lack of internet prevented us. The main reason of lack of internet is that they do not have router but a modem which for unknown reasons did not work during our stay. When you do the check in take into account that there is no reception. Consequently make sure that you agree with Cornelia Resort that somebody is there when you arrive for the check in otherwise you might wait for a significant amount of time until somebody comes. The phone number indicated in the booking.com reservation is not helpful since most of times nobody answers and you end up with a fax tone which is expensive if the phone call is in roaming. As I said the staff members are quite helpful but their English language is limited and therefore the communication is restricted to basic things. The air conditioning unit functionality is questionable. In our case we want to use it to warm the room but both us and the staff were not able to figure out how the AC unit works. The next evening an extra blanket was provided but in the first evening we had to survive with what we had.
Location is very good near metro station Cornelia (metro line A that is going nearby all important spots), neighbourhood is very calm and friendly. Rooms are big and bathrooms, furniture is new and nice. It is very clean (cleaned everyday) with new towels and sheets every day. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is included and it is served in nearby caffè (coffee and croissant, tipical italian breakfast). All in all we really enjoyed our stay there and will come back again when visiting Rome.
