Daniel at reception handled the change of rooms and helped with Internet connection, the bar tender was polite and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and staff very helpful. Room was alright and clean.

The reception clerk upon check in was come see come sa, he was not helpful or polite. There was a distinct odor in the elevator which permeated into our room on the 4th floor.

The hotel was in a good location.

The bed was really hard and the hair dryer was worthless.

The staff was very professional and accomodating. The breakfast buffett was excellent.

The room had an unpleasant smell

Within a quarter mile of the Santa Maria Novella train station so no cab ride needed and an easy walk with rolling luggage after a long trip. Easy walking distance to everything that one wants to see when in Florence. Wonderful helpful staff. Mostly handsome young Italian men! Clean rooms and modern showers and bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone not looking for a so called luxury hotel but who is on a budget but wants value. Even a nice little bar for a night cap. Nice breakfast buffet to start off long days so another thing for the budget minded. The outdoor market is right around the corner so easy to bring back purchases and not have to carry everywhere in the city. Everything is quiet at night as they all have to clear out.

Ok if I must. The coffee was not the best. But that is the only bad thing I can say and I almost feel guilty about it.

No free wifi!

We liked the location. Were able to walk to every sight in the city and then get back to rest after lunch. Very convinient location for seeing the city. Hotel was a bargain for the location . It was clean , the breakfast was a nice buffet with something for everyone. Room was tiled with enough closet space. We would go back again .

Internet did not work very well,sometimes not at all in the room and very poorly in the lounge.

The rooms are spacious for a family of 4 and plenty of room for suitcases. It is good to see that the fruits are in seperate bowls expsecially for allergies. My daughter couldn't have kiwi and was able to have another friut. Breakfast selection was really good keep it up as there is somthing for everyone. Close to trains & buses & a market in the street before, also a supermarket at the start of the street. Great location.. We as a family were able to walk to attractions and it wasn't far at all.

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Firenze smn station and very close to the downtown. Peoples are friendly and helpful for all requests. Room is acceptable comfort. Would be a nice choice if I stay in Florence in the future.

Good hotel close to the transport hub, so fantastic for airport connections and other destinations in Tuscany. Also great location for the markets - both for picnics and souvenirs. All major sites within walking distance if relatively fit.

I liked that had elevator, good and near the Domo and main atractions.

I didnt like the room, old with no great blankets and the streat its not so nice. I think its very expensive compare to the room you get. I recomedn the Collodi Hotel ... I stayed there and its much better. ...

I liked the hotel, it was very well located for the conference, transport links and the city centre. Breakfast was excellent. But overall, a great and convenient stay - many thanks! And, I am impressed that you are asking for feedback!

My comments for changes are as follows.... 1) free wifi - honestly!? why not?! Free wifi is so common, and having to pay for 30 minutes to check emails seems insane! Once you have wifi it is not that expensive to run, so it just seemed like you wanted to squeeze money from me! 2) my pillows were like rocks, maybe invest in some new ones? 3) a kettle in the room would have been fantastic, I am British and need regular cups of tea!

Ubicación excelente, muy céntrico. A cinco minutos de la estación de tren y de todo el centro histórico.

Las almohadas son demasiado finas. Los colgadores del armario algo escasos para una habitación compartida.

Очень люблю этот отель - останавливаюсь в нем уже 4-й раз. Отличное соотношение цена-качество, внимательный персонал, просторные номера, в шаговой доступности от вокзала и от основных достопримечательностей.

На мой вкус, не очень разнообразный завтрак.
