Just a 3-minute walk from St. Peter’s Cathedral, B&B San Pietro is located just outside the Vatican City walls. Its simple, modern rooms offer cathedral views and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 219 reviews Very good
The historic Grand Hotel Plaza has been featured in many movies. Set on Rome’s popular shopping street, Via del Corso, it has large elegant rooms with high ceilings and marble bathrooms.

Score from 694 reviews Wonderful
The helpful staff, the location of the hotel. The very comfy and stylish renovated room with the balcony overlooking via del corso!
Fabulous location.... great owners.
Evething was perfect.
Breakfast and wifi
Good location, nice and clean. Friendly staff.
Very clean modern suite, felt comfortable beds. Nothing was too much trouble and travelling with my two daughters we felt very safe particularly with the 24 hour reception. Airport transferred arranged with no problems. Definitely recommend.
The location The bathroom the size of the room - two double doors opening onto a small balcony lots of natural light
Depending on when you arrive my taxi didn't want to take the diversion to get to the front door of the hotel - just insist!
This B&B is on the first fl of a building, steps away from piazza Spagna. The owners are friendly and caring. The rooms some more spacious than others (based on price) are very comfortable. We booked an economy rm and still had space for the crib. The only think I would say is lacking is the breakfast. Not very assorted but enough for a basic breakfast. Overall the location is in the heart of everything. Convenient for seeing the city and shopping. The B&B is clean, comfortable, convenient and well priced. I would def pick this structure for my next visit to Rome
Breakfast wasn't very assorted.
Location cleanliness newly built Comfortable
Leaving the hotel / city :)
Transparent bathroom doors. Hard bed. Tiny room. No TV channels in English.
The location is great, right on via del Corso, just down the street from the Spanish steps and shopping area. 24hr open reception, the owners are very helpful and friendly, very clean, breakfast was better than expected.
the hotel is very new and clean with good facilities. Balcony view is so great, and very convenient to get everywhere in walking distance. Elevator is a plus if you have heavy luggage as I do. Staff helped us call taxi to the airport with very reasonable price.
wifi was kind of weak in the room, but very fast in the lobby.
Perfect location Spacious room Very nice owners
everything is new and clean. the staff is very kind. the location is great
Good and friendly service. Good guiding information to sightseeing. Nice breakfast.
We had expected the room, we had booked was with 2 dobbeltbeds. It was 1 dobbeltbed and 2 singlebeds, which was only for children to sleep on.
Very helpful , friendly staff. They opened 3 months ago; really worth a visit! Nice, clean rooms. Good breakfast.
As the bathroom lights go on automatically, the opaque door could be covered so that the bedroom stays dark at night.
Best location: we did not use public transportation at all.. sometimes we walked quite long but the hotel is basically at the center of all the attraction you might want to see Newly decorated: Despite other hotels with good locations this one was newly decorated so all the furniture was new. Bathroom very clean and double glassed windows keep the room silent (otherwise it would have been a disaster as the Via del Corso is a very busy street, even during the night time) Staff: very friendly an helpful. It's a shame that I don't recall their names but they were very helpful. They offered nice locations for dining (inc. free drinks with their reference)
WiFi coverage could be better The shops on Via del Corso can damage your budget if you travel with your GF/Wife :)
24hr reception made checking in easy, staff were helpful, room was a good size. It was reasonably close to Spagna metro station so was easy to get to by train. Note, you cant drive to it as it is in a traffic limited zone, though taxis and car services have access.
the bathroom light is motion sensor activated but doesn't turn off for 15 minutes - not so good with a glass (opaque) bathroom door in the middle of the night.
newly refitted rooms in an excellent location with very helpful staff and loved the easy access.
that they don't like you to make coffee before 8am because the machine is so noisy! but they did let us in the end!:-)
Location, very helpfull owners.I recomend to everyone
Great hotel. Stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon. Beautiful, modern room in a great location. I had a balcony room over the Main Street in Rome. Service was unbelievable, was there 24hrs and always had recommendations. Definetly a must to stay at this hotel.
The hotel is closed to everything. It is located in the heart of Rome. Staff is always willing to help. We asked to change the room as the suite we booked had view of Via del Corso and was very noisy and they allowed us to do that next day in the morning.
The noise of the street and then when we changed the room the noise from the airconditions and the ventilator of the bath. Also it had a lot of aunts that went into our luggages !!!
Staff. Location. Spotless. Lovely shower rooms.
Not 'real' balconies - cannot sit on them.
The room (a 4- person one) was big, clean -everyday service!- comfortable beds. In a very good area. It was in the back, so it was very quite but had no balcony.
The place where breakfast was served was very small.
The location was excellent, right on via del Corso, just down the street from the Spanish steps, shopping, and some great cafes. The room and the facilities were like new. I especially liked how quiet our family size room was. It felt safe and secure. The owners spoke English and were very accommodating. The breakfast was basic, but worked for my kids.
Very central and ideal for shopping on Via del Corso and around Piazza di Spagna. We had a room away from Via del Corso, therefore very quite. The hotel just opened two months ago - hence, all facilities are new and in good condition. However, they are more functional than cosy (quality level is comparable with IKEA). If you prefer to spend more time in the city than the room and you want a great value deal for your money this is just the place you are looking for. Also, the owners (a young couple) are very friendly, motivated and speak english perfectly fluent.
We were in room nr. 5; the ventilation of the bathroom made quite a lot of noise and would go on automatically everytime we entered the bathroom. Also, the glass shower protection does not hold back all water. You might experience that quite a lot of water reaches the bathroom floor. Apart from that the bathroom facilities are very good though.
