The cleanliness and the high quality to cost ratio, very good and varied breakfast, the easy access from Corso Cavour, a 5 mn walk to the sumptuous Duomo, and the friendliness of the staff.

    Parking is a bit far.

Lovely room, sparkling clean. Excellent location. Secure undercover parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Couldn't find any English TV channels, but then I did not go there to watch TV.

Staff tried hard to please. Very pleasant to guests.

The shower was so small that every time I moved inside it you would knock the tap and it would turn off. Doors of shower got stuck when opening & closing - came off tracks each time. Very small bathroom. Hotel smelt of stale cigarette throughout. The beds were too short.

The is very well located in the old town and only a short walk from the Funicular (5 min). It was very easy to find as it is located in the main street of the town. The staff were very informative and helpful. The Wifi was good and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was on a par with the best we have encountered in Italy with an assortment of sweet and savoury foods, while the fruit salad and yogurt was appreciated. The cakes were very good. Although not cheap, it is highly recommended.

    Nothing to fault.

Perfectly located very close to the historic centre, fair parking fee in nearby car park. You may even enter the Zona Traffico Limitato if you leave your license plate later at the reception. Friendly staff, nicely furnished room, free city map.

Weak cleanness in bathroom, breakfast could be richer.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, there was no curfew and they took care of our luggage after we had checked out. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of good food.

Perfect location for getting to the train station, and an easy walk to everyplace we wanted to get to. Staff was helpful with restaurant suggestions.

A sign in English above the a.c. controls would help us regulate the temperature better. Otherwise all was perfect.

Great location, helpful staff on arrival. Breakfast was very good. Requested a room with balcony and was given one. Decor is a little dated but clean and spacious rooms.

Bed was not the most comfortable.

The location, although close to all the tourist spots and in the main tourist road, was out of the hustle and bustle and in a fairly quiet area. It is close to reasonably priced restaurants and fesh food outlets. The parking organised by the hotel worked really well and getting into and out of Orvietto was a breeze. The room was clean, well serviced and comfortable.

Although we could communicate by way of one word sentences, unless you were at least fairly proficient in Italian, a lot got lost in translation between us and the staff. They were at all times very friendly and helpful. It would have been convenient to have coffee and tea available in the rooms and access to an ice machine. However, we will recommend the hotel and be back there sometime in future.

This hotel although centrally located and convenient was slightly away from the major hustle and bustle, which made it possible to leave the beautiful windows open and not have a lot of noise. Orvieto was a wonderful city, very relaxing and charming.

    Nothing, everything was terrific.

Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The manager was very helpful in providing breakfast for us at 5.15am so we could get to the Rome airport in time for an early flight.

Smell of tobacco smoke in the lobby despite non-smoking sign outside. Room however was smokefree.

Good location although parking is quite an adventure.

The second worst breakfast we had in the nine different hotels/B&B's we stayed in over our 21 day trip. Parking (extra charges) is a hassle. When you exit you have no idea where you are.

The hotel was well located and it was easy to get to the train and get around. The hotel is nice, quiet and very comfortable.

It was a little noisy some times during the day but quite ok at night.

This an excellent value in a good location in Orvieto. I have stayed here 3 times in the last 5 years and have always enjoyed it. This time I brought 5 friends and we stayed 3 nights .

The only thing i can think of is that i asked for pepper for my morning egg and they said we don't have it!

I really liked the location. You can walk from the funicular to the hotel, and it is just as convenient to the major shopping streets, the Duomo and many great eateries. Yes it might be time to update, but it was charming and very clean. Lovely breakfast..

    Nothing comes to mind

We loved it here and would have stayed longer if we could have. Quiet comfortable room. Easy to reach for travellers on public transport. Friendly staff.

No problems- it was just great.
