Location close to train station, very helpful staff Somewhat stuffy room, with windows that could not be opened due to the mosquitos - but then, what do you want for 80 Euros. It was fine for a night. |

Location. Very close to the Train station. It was quite noise at night. We could hear people coming and going. In the morning, workers from outside were talking very loud. The hotel was below others in the same price and category we stayed in Italy. But if you are going to stay only one night, it is ok. |

Its convenience location near to the station. The windows were boarded up with ugly black material for external repairs, which was not indicated when I reserved. |

Great staff, very friendly. Enjoyed the welcome drink and nibbles. Good location for the Scrovegni chapel We had to change rooms as the first room smelled of smoke. In the bathroom the shower leaked all over the floor! |

Location was very good, between rail station and cbd. Next to historic Roman ruins and gardens. Breakfast was excellent. Best was the friendly and knowledgable receptionist, who advised on trains, parking, laundry and local meals. Two requested rooms were on separate floors. |

The room had air conditioning and the weather was very hot, so thid was really appreciated. The room was very clean indeed. The staff on the reception desk were very helpful. This is a small comment, but the staff in the breakfast room were a little grumpy. |

In general, a nice and clean hotel with reasonable pricing. Breakfast is ok, just as the staff. Its location just close to the central station was also an advantage, since I counted on going to Venice. the size of the room, it was very small. |

The staff was very friendly & helpful. It's location is a perfect jump point for going to Venice. The room was clean and quiet. And the morning buffet was more than adequate. (Very good coffee!) If it suffers from anything, it's just that it's an old hotel, and therefore feels old. But everything was in working order and really no complaints to be made. |

Convenience. Proximity to the train station and to the center of the historic district. The room was very clean and quiet. The young Romanian woman at the desk was remarkably friendly and helpful, fluent in many languages. All her recommendations were excellent. |

Pleasant room and bathroom (we were lucky to have corner room with 2 balconies). Excellent buffet breakfast and generous "welcome drink" catering in the evening. Also the receptionist was very helpful when we asked advice on a reasonable and friendly place to eat nearby. Initial reception seemed a bit cool, and it would have been good to have round-the-clock tea / coffee facilities either in the room or in the bar area. |
