Hotel Corte Altavilla  

The hotel is very romantic with the rooms arranged within an historic building. The breakfast room is is bright and sunny.....nice to have with your morning coffee, and the food and service for breakfast was just right. (Although it is also the evening dining room we did not have dinner there). The staff were very helpful with our queries and went out of their way to help us organise transport for a day trip that we took on Sunday. (Is there no public transport in Italy on a Sunday?!)

The web site is misleading with respect to what was expected in each room. This was a special birthday treat and I booked a Junior Suite expecting the full facility that was being promoted such as a jacuzzi bath and outside terrace. We were very disapponted with the rooms offered since our expectations were much higher based on the web-site description. It also made a big point about the roof terrace from the restauarant. However, this was a small area with a high wall and litttle or no views. We would have liked to return to the hotel and have a drink on the terrace after a day of sight-seeing as we have done on so many other similar hotels, but we could not do this and did not want to do this at this hotel. We would be hesitant in recommending the hotel to others based on the limited facilities offered for the price,

E' un hotel che occupa varieparti di antichi edifici e quindi è molto articolato su vari piani e scale.La sala della colazione è molto gradevole sulla terrazza dell'edificio principale

Lo staff è carente e impreparato sulle richieste di notizie sul paese.Ci è stato consigliato, per esempio, un ristorante che abbiamo scoperto essere chiuso da parecchio tempo. Il centro storico di Conversano è piccolissimo e questo rende ancora più inconcepibile l'impreparazione e la superficialità dello staff della reception

Hotel molto caratteristico immerso nel centro storico di Conversano. Stanze grandi e molto pulite.

L'avantage certain est d'être dans la ville de Conversano. Le parking un peu loin.... Le restaurant et son personnel...

Ce 4 étoiles est tout juste un 3.... confort minimum sous prétexte d'écologie ... et question chambre rien d'inoubliable. Le petit déjeuner m'a carrément déçu... compte tenu des éloges ...

Bella atmosfera, molta tranquillità, ottima pulizia. Ottima la colazione in una solare sala all'ultimo piano. Personale molto cortese. Soggiorno veramente gradevole

Corte Altavilla, secondo me , rappresenta un ottima qualità' prezzo, posizione e comfort.

L' unico aspetto negativo che ho riscontrato riguarda la sala, non solo dal punto di vista organizzativo ma anche dalla scarsa professionalità' del personale. Motivo per il quale ogni volta che mi reco nella Vostra struttura evito di fare colazione. E' un punto che va a sminuire i sevizi dell' hotel, e credo sia un peccato non detrarre vantaggio dalla sala ristorante ,che assume un fascino di bellezza superiore ad altre aziende alberghiere. Purtroppo,cio' non basta, per potersi definire competitivo con le altre strutture del suo livello, a causa dei motivi da me sopra citati. Io mi riferisco alle colazioni, perché' ho avuto modo di usufruire solo di quel servizio , e ritengo che il buffet non e' mai stato in ordine, e' apparecchiato senza logica e soprattutto non e' mai rimpiazzato, cosa importante ,per garantire la possibilità' a tutti i clienti di fare colazione. Un grazie particolare allo staff della reception, sempre molto cordiali e professionali.
