Great location, friendly and informative staff, room and hotel was beautifully decorated, air-conditioning was awesome. Plenty of room and space for clothes. Shower stall was small and there was little counter space in bathroom. Breakfast coould have had more choices and dining room was extremely small. |

Very good location, so close to San Marco. Yet in a quite area with good level of activity. Large well appointed rooms with very modern toilets. Helpful staff. Directions to the hotel in the Web site is easy to follow, but hotel had no sign board ouside !! |

Room was spacious, very clean and decorated in classic venetian style. Balcony in second floor common area looked out over the canal. Location is close to Piazza San Marco once you figured out the pathways. Night duty manager and housekeeping staff were very friendly and maintenance dealt with our airconditioning issue next day promptly right after I reported it, even though it was a sunday. One of the few hotels with good location and able to accomodate the number of people in our party. It was hard to find the hotel as signage was inside the building and could not be seen. Breakfast was very plain. We skipped it sometimes. First night had an airconditioning issue and it was very warm, over 27 celsius even though it was a new a/c unit. Bathroom did not have much of a counter space and shower door had a very large crack. Gaps between bathtub and wall results in water on the floor. Very thin hand/face towels. |

Incredible value for money. Venice is an insanely expensive city and for the location, the price here was staggeringly cheap. The room was clean, everything worked and there was an air conditioner directly above the bed (which was a welcome relief). Breakfast was simple but ample and included in the price. The curtains did not close properly, so I felt a bit exposed! |

The room was very well appointed, comfortable and spacious. The position was very convenient: close to St Mark's Square, but far enough away to be quiet. The breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests: some had to wait while others finished. The choice of foods was also limited: a wider range of pastries would have ben nice. |

The location is superb, but one has to be able to walk a short distance with a suitcase. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and efficient. My room was very nice. The bed has a good mattress and the air conditioning was very welcome after a long day in the heat and humidity. The breakfast buffet was good. I highly recommend this hotel. One small item - In my room, I missed a reachable electric outlet in the bedroom for charging phone and camera. Had to connect them in the bathroom outlet, but this is really a minor thing. |

It was very central Hotel room was tiny. Bed was very short to fit in room. No bar/ lounge to relax in. No facility to get food when we arrived in hotel on evening flight. We were so disappointed. It was nothing like advertised on your web site. This was our 10 th anninversary. |

triple room was very attractive; location is good - near San Zaccario water bus stop and 5 minutes from San Marco - but you need to take note of the street number to find the hotel; breakfast is continental but fine |

Wonderful, spacious, quite extraordinary rooms. Clean and modern rooms and bathrooms. Very friendly staff. Good location. The hotel is very small and has hardly any extra services: no bar, gym, nor anything of the kind. Also the breakfast room is tiny and may sometimes be full. The nearest point for a taxi boat to stop is some 100 meters away. |
