Kaikesta; hyvä sijainti, ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta, joka puhui hyvin englantia, ihanasti sisustettu hotelli ja riittävä aamiainen.

Vähän vaikea löytää. Katsokaa osoite tarkkaan, koska booking.com-sivujen printti antaa vain alueen (Castello) ja talon numeron ei katuosoitetta. Ainakin nyt puiset ovet edessä, joista toinen auki ja vasta sitten tuli lasiovet, joissa hotellin nimi.

Lovely big room overlooking a small canal. Friendly, helpful staff.

It's downtown location on a canal that was close to St. Marco square but not on top of it.

Great location, friendly and informative staff, room and hotel was beautifully decorated, air-conditioning was awesome. Plenty of room and space for clothes.

Shower stall was small and there was little counter space in bathroom. Breakfast coould have had more choices and dining room was extremely small.

Room was spacious, very clean and decorated in classic venetian style. Balcony in second floor common area looked out over the canal. Location is close to Piazza San Marco once you figured out the pathways. Night duty manager and housekeeping staff were very friendly and maintenance dealt with our airconditioning issue next day promptly right after I reported it, even though it was a sunday. One of the few hotels with good location and able to accomodate the number of people in our party.

It was hard to find the hotel as signage was inside the building and could not be seen. Breakfast was very plain. We skipped it sometimes. First night had an airconditioning issue and it was very warm, over 27 celsius even though it was a new a/c unit. Bathroom did not have much of a counter space and shower door had a very large crack. Gaps between bathtub and wall results in water on the floor. Very thin hand/face towels.

Incredible value for money. Venice is an insanely expensive city and for the location, the price here was staggeringly cheap. The room was clean, everything worked and there was an air conditioner directly above the bed (which was a welcome relief). Breakfast was simple but ample and included in the price.

The curtains did not close properly, so I felt a bit exposed!

The room was very well appointed, comfortable and spacious. The position was very convenient: close to St Mark's Square, but far enough away to be quiet.

The breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests: some had to wait while others finished. The choice of foods was also limited: a wider range of pastries would have ben nice.

It was very central

Hotel room was tiny. Bed was very short to fit in room. No bar/ lounge to relax in. No facility to get food when we arrived in hotel on evening flight. We were so disappointed. It was nothing like advertised on your web site. This was our 10 th anninversary.

Was overpriced. Noticed there was a mouse in our room on last night and couldn't sleep, manager was informed on checking out, nothing done at this time.
