The hotel is set a three-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, near Rialto Bridge, in one of the most characteristic areas of Venice, filled with monuments and works of art.

Thanks to its strategic position, next to the St. Zachary Church, in the heart of the most authentic part of Venice, this new structure is the ideal starting point for your tours discovering the beauty and highlights of the most beautiful city in the world.

The hotel has been renovated in a classical style and features a spectacular view of Osmarin Canal. The restoration thoroughly maintained the charm and history of the original palace as well as its interior. The décor features a harmonious use of plasters, damask fabrics, antique furniture, Venetian flooring, frescoes, ceilings with exposed beams (in Sansovino style) and attention to every detail. The elegant atmosphere of the 18th century is recreated without neglecting the comfort of modern technologies.

The staff were lovely and the position was amazing. Right around the corner from the duomo but extremely quiet. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel is centrally located, although at first not easy to find.

The hotel advertises satellite TV, but apart from the conventional Italian stations no others were available. The staff produced excuses hardly believable. Two non-functioning lights were not fixed during our 5 day stay (repair requested on arrival).

Perfect location, service/hotel staff very nice and very helpful

If there were any inconveniences they were due to the specific character
of the town and it's buildings not to the hotel itself

Actualy this is some roms belong to a church which they decided to make money as per the lake of rooms available in city. they just paint the rooms which are belong to 100 years ago without any repairing. No facility, look nice for horor movies location. small brakfast buffet. They dont want to spend money for the hotel, just making money from the tourist which are coming one time there for ever.

It was lovely facilities and medieval atmosphere room.

Basically it was old fashioned hotel. And it is very important that to keep the Hotel address and city map before check in due to it is difficult to find the location. There is no sign as Hotel at all. The breakfast is unbelievable poor.

Having booked a 'superior' room, we found we had a huge, beautifully furnished room overlooking the canal. It was even better than the website picture. Staff were very pleasant and spoke good English. The location of the hotel was perfect for the waterbus at S. Zaccaria with no bridges in between. This was the most pleasant of the four hotels in which we've stayed in Venice.

The lack of emergency signs was worrying, in fact we had difficulty finding our way downstairs from the 2nd floor on the first morning! The exterior of the hotel is covered in graffiti and currently has no name plaque. Neither issue affected our stay.
