The hotel was very nice, and matched all the reviews I had seen previously. Would definitely stay again.
Good location, beautiful place with royal interior decoration and gives you a feel of living in a traditional Venetian house. Staff was very cordial. The lady who manages the breakfast deserves special mention for her sweet disposition & helpful nature.
Ursula, the manger was very kind, friendly and accommodating. Even her staff, the filipino staff is efficient. It is near shops and restaurants and very near the St. Mark's Square.
It's a little bit far from the waterboat station, but its understandable.
Very nice rooms, comfort, very clean, good staff, great breakfast
Great staff. Good location. Outstanding breakfast. The room was the biggest we had stayed in. Outstanding boutique hotel. Will stay here again.
the staff is friendly. Clean room and great location.
Everything. The hotel was easy to find and very close to St Marks.
Nothing, it was all great.
Size of bathroom
Tiny room for breakfast, poor breakfast itself, unfriendly staff.
We had a deluxe room with private balcony. The room was very spacious and quiet, the bed and pillows were perfect too. Bathroom also. Staff was helpful. Location is great. I will book same room for my next stay in Venice.
ITS SO CLOSE TO SAN MARCO SQUARE,NEXT TO THE VAPORETO STATION,OUR SUPERIOR ROOM WITH A CANAL VIEW WAS AMAZING,THE BREAKFAST IN A SITTING ROOM JUST FOR US,WHICH WAS JUST NEXT DOOR,THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL,LOVED IT
Old Palazzo, spacious room, canal view,
Wifi costs extra, although it's not much, in the 21st century charging for wifi is like charging for hot water back in the 19th century.
Good location, only 5minutes walk to Piazza St Marco and San Zaccaria Water taxi station.. Though as any other things in Venice, this hotel is a bit pricey. They even charge you for wi-fi :)
As many other things in Venice, this hotel is a bit pricey. They even charge you for wi-fi :)
The Hotel is Beautiful, we had our own private breakfast. The washroom was huge and beautiful i loved the design of the hotel
Service Visual appeal Room size
Excellent location - lovely side street a few min from the major attractions; locally inspired decor of the room, great how-to-find video
Very basic 3-star facilites, short bed (I am 5'4), no WiFi and the temporary Internet connection purchased from the hotel did not work in the room
The ease of access to water bus, St Marks Square. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Location was excellent. Rooms superb and plenty of space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only drawback was no lift but the rooms more than made up for that. Would highly recommend the hotel and we would certainly stay there again
It's not a hotel we stayed in separate old house on second floor no elevator Ac is like a fan small room no facilities old dirty bathroom Breakfast is another horrible story you have to wait until one of the six tables is free no choices at all It his hotel has very negative influence on our stay in Venice really the photos are fake
The location is great. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and big.
No wifi in the room although it was promised. The TV in the room was actually a compute screen and was very far from the bed.
The hotel is an very old building which was built more then 1000 years ago. the interior was nicely decorated. spacious room, very high ceiling. Breakfast was good although sometimes it's too crowded so that I had to wait for a table.
The room wifi did not work during my whole stay due to upgrade. I did not live in the main building so I had to go to the hotel lobby next door to go online. To some people maybe this is not a major issue, but every time I choose a hotel, room wifi is a major factor. So it's quite disappointing that I had no Internet in room.
The location was fantastic - very close to St. Marks, numerous restaurants and the water vaparetto. There were a few choices at breakfast. Ice was available to us in the evening for drinks and that is rare in Europe. The washroom was large and lovely. It was a fairly spacious room for Europe.
The internet was tempermental at times. The were some language barriers occassionally.
Loved the large bedroom and bathroom and elegant design! Friendly staff and great location!
Awesome location, great views, helpful staff, good breakfast, very grand building with awesome period features. Fantastic value for the location
A bit of a faded grandeur feel, didn't bother me but might be an issue for some.
Location, near to St Mark's Square but away from crowds, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bedroom.
Address gave insufficient detail and narrow streets made searching difficult.
