Corte Nova  

We loved our spacious and comfortable apartment. The price is very good for the amenities you get, Venice is an expensive city. The location is in a nice neighborhood, out of the tourist scrum but still handy for San Marco and the vaporetto stop at San Zaccaria. The girls in the office were helpful and especially helped us with our lost luggage issue. We loved having an elevator, there are many steps in Venice to go up and down so it was nice to be able to spare our knees at the apartment.

The garbage disposal schedule is a little difficult to keep up with but we wanted to be residents of Venice for a week and that was just part of it.

Location, Very large appartment in the center!!

Extremely clean and spacious . Friendly and helpful staff . 10 minutes walk to St Mark's Square , Venice.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment is the best. It's very clean and fully equipped with all facilities needed. There is a little grocery nearby, making my stay very convenient. Clear direction to the hotel.

A great location clubbed with fantastic accommodation and excellent service. I would strongly recommend this self catering acco to anyone who is willing to shell out little more than booking shabby hotels at a very low cost. I enjoyed each moment spent in the hotel.

Absolutely nothing. This hotel is simply great and value for money I spent.

Very big. Was great to have cooking facilities. Staff very happy to help. Even though it was a self catering apartment the room was serviced everyday like a hotel. Very nice. Close to main attractions. Cannot fault this place one bit.

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We travelled as a group of 3 and booked 2 apartments. When we arrived we realised that 1 apartment would have been sufficient as one of them had 2 bedrooms as well as a lounge area and linked kitchen. This would have made the booking even more reasonable, especially by Venice price standards!

No kettle so we had to boil water using a pan on the cooker

The rooms were quite spacious and bright and airy. Excellent wifi quality. We were able to shop like locals and cook in our apt. As good (if not better) than many of the restaurants in the city. Also excellent location nearby the major attractions.

4th floor walk-up and a bit difficult to reach by water bus (easy by water taxi). But that probably describes most places in Venice. I'd note they had an elevator for luggage.

Excellent location!! Clean, spacious apartment with a wonderful kitchen. Great for our family.

I had a good time there. I was traveling mainly for business and the room, which was more like a small apartment was surprisingly nice. It was clean for the most part, although what they did was just make the bed and change the towels. Price was reasonable, compared to other hotels in Venice, as well know it is rather expensive here!

It was great having an apt in Venice with a market right over the bridge on the small canal we were on. The apt was nicely furnished, lots of space, clean and cozy. Our Venezian friends could pick us up by boat at the door and the location was quiet and away from the mayhem of San Marco but close enough for the convenience of public transportation. A great stay and with the flavor of the real Venice with kids going to school, work, church bells and the non tourist life of someone who actually lives there!

Close to the airport and easy to get to for an early flight out.

The apartment was huge and had great kitchen facilities and comfortable living room.Corte Nova is in a great location on a canal and within easy walking distance to St Marks Square, lots of great restaurants and shopping. There is a comprehenice and fairly cheap boutique supermarket just 50 metres from the front door of Corte Nova. Have stayed at a lot of places and this is up there with the best of them in every respect and offers excellent value for money. We highly recommend Corte Nova.

suitable for groups of friends, clean, relax, good location

Lovely location, quiet but near the shops and famous landmarks. We liked that a supermarket was nearby and being able to pop out and get supplies when we needed them. We also liked the fact that we could have ordered breakfast if we had wanted it. WiFi access was brilliant.

Only a small thing but would have liked a better TV choice (only channel available was BBC World Service) . We understand that this is being considered.

The staff were excellent and were always happy to help out if we required any information or phone calls for water taxis. Chiara saved us money by suggesting train travel to a little town we wanted to go to rather than getting a water taxi to Marco Polo Airport and hiring a car. It was also a lot more relaxing.

Walking from the nearest public transport station to the hotel with my bags was a bit hard, the price was a bit high because it doesn't include breakfast and the charge for the breakfast makes the hotel more expensive than other hotels nearer to the transport

Ok it's spacious, but not worth the price, no character, there are much better hotels/apps for this price, direct after booking an unfriendly mail that tells we have to pay more if we would arrive after 8 p.m. (can happen if travelling) or if later we would have no entrance to the app at all! Come on, get alive, we are clients, no enemies.

It was regular apartment , the price is not reasonable.

Great location, helpful staff, spacious and nicely decorated rooms, eat- in kitchen was great to have.

Room description online said there would be 3 separate bedrooms (1 master plus 2 single) plus a pull-out but when we checked in the room had only 2 separate rooms plus the pull out. They were not able to change our room and did not offer a discount despite my showing them the print out. Also the air conditioning shut down in the middle of the night and we had no idea how to fix it (turns out it was the breaker). Other than that it was a good stay.
