Score from 1213 reviews Very good
We stayed at Hotel for 2 nights and it was near the Fiera and 10 min. from center with car or bus. The room was clean with a special modern style. The breakfast with the real cappuccino was great and enough. The free parking is a good option if you left the car in hotel because the park in the city are very expencive. The personal are really helpful and very kind.
Near the Autostrada. So your in no-time in Venice, Milan, Gardalake, Verona,.... Great Staff, everything is possible Super Clean Enough free-parking spots
The Breakfast was good, but not the best I've had.
Clean facilities, very attentative staff, big rooms. Good value for money
The room design is modern and chic. The staff were nice and funny and the breakfast was excelant. The room is very clean and the parking is privet and free
Far by walk to the center but we ordered a taxi back and foreword in 10 € for each direction- the parking there were the same cost.
what a clean, friendly and accommodating place. They bent over backwards to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Amazing breakfast spread each morning. Cozy rooftop jacuzzi and seating to enjoy a nice glass of wine from Verona. Desk clerk even helped us charge our cell phone when our charger died. Would go back here in a heartbeat.
30 minute walk or 12 euro cab ride to city center
The staff are very civilised. Helpful, courteous, and good mannered, There is a restaurant right across the street which opens at 6.00 pm, a rarity in Italy. We dine there before going the opera. They serve decent but not gourmet food.
Hot water begin to taper off from mid-night and by early morning the water is only lukewarm. I complained to the front desk about it and hope the problem is fixed.
Near to the Verona fair. You will have good meal in RoadHouse grill restaurant
Wifi is slow. Breakfast is poor
Me and my fiance stayed two nights at Corte Ongaro Hotel. The staff at the reception were really helpful and could understand enough English to help us. One of the staff recommended us to use the Verona Bike Rental system and explained where the nearest post was. This made it really easy for us to get to the city centre without worrying about parking! About 9 parks were available under the hotel with a closed gate for security and was very clean. We drove from Padova so the parking was one of the main features we looked for when picking a hotel. All of the cleaning staff were also very polite.
The breakfast was a bit unorganised and very German-style. There was no information that cappuccino and espresso were included with the complimentary breakfast - we only found out when we went to the bar on the ground floor around 10am for an espresso. It would be nice if this was advertised more. Also the room itself was completely tiled and the default temperature was set to 21C. Every time we came back to the room it was very cold and we couldn't walk around the bed barefoot. We ended up going to reception and they changed the default temperature to 25C which made a big difference to the tiles.
Clean, comfortable hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff! Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.
Free Parking, Free (working) Wifi, Rooftop Jacuzzi
Very friendly and helpful personnel, room looked very stylish. We only stayed for one night, but would love to come back if there is a chance.
What can you expect for € 70,00 for a single room? That's what I thought, when I saw this hotel on booking.com. I booked it because I saw that they have a parking garage. But to my surprise it is really a very good hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room was nice and clean and the parking garage was locked by a steel gate (which was impotant to me as I travelled with an oldtimer. They also have a jacuzzi on the top of the roof. I really recommend this hotel!
Approx. 3.5 kilometers to the arena.
Calm. clean. Staff were very friendly
very nice clean big comfortable nice stuff i loved this place and give it a 10
comfort, cleanliness, stuff, jakuzi, rooms, prices are perfect. bus to center and university directly passes in front of the hotel. access is very easy with public transport. by walking, it might be a little far from center. 20 minutes maybe. rooms and hotel are in perfect condition and very very clean. stuff are very smiling and helpful.
breakfast menu is very rich. there are croissants, cakes, pies, teas, cafe, everything. Maybe, the breakfast can be improved with some tomatoes, olives, cucumber.
The staff was nice, cooperative, warm and helpful, The room was cleaned perfectly every day. The bed was so comfortable and newly furnished. Very recommended
the room was small in respect to superior room, the breakfast was poor for a 4 stars Italian hotel. The quality of food was little bit disappointing. They can enhance this to have a perfect stay. The hotel was far from the city center, you need around 40 minutes walking to get to the Arena. there is no means of transportation after 10:00 pm
It was away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Verona and provides free parking
Breakfast was poor with watery fruit juice and only one variety of fruit available each day.
excellent staff - all round very good. We travelled via public transport which was a bit challenging but the staff were very helpful with bus timetables and the like.
Breakfast wasnt good. Quite poor.
Very nice accommodation in Verona.
Very clean, comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Shuttle bus to Opera made the event possible and driver was very punctual.
Perfect hotel. Great staff. Good breakfast. Very comfortable. Would definitely go back again. Just great!
The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and the hot tub on the roof was an extra treat.
Friendly staff, really value for money - probably the best hotel during my italian trip.
In the day the staff was nice. Breakfast was classic continental, nothing special but free.
There was one person at the reception that was not so kind at night. We had trouble with the lights and he was not so keen to help. It located far away from the center, not a walkable distance.
