we love it everything. Good location, friendly owner, clean hotel. we will be back!

New hotel with large rooms and high standard of fittings. Our room overlooked snow capped mountains over a lovely valley. Breakfast included boiled eggs and sliced meats. Brioche and fresh fruit also. Staff extremely friendly helpful and kind. Car parking is off street for maybe five cars at a pinch but the street offers more spaces. Good safe quiet area.

We chose the hotel because it was supposed to be close to Como. Well it is a 15 to 20 minute hilly drive to the lake. But it was not really an inconvenience balanced out by the superb location.

Best hotel I have been to in many years. Great views, great interior styling including the original bricks and wood of the renovated house.

Car park was small, OK when we were there as hotel was not full, but when it is full it would be a problem.

The floors in the hotel were very cold, there were no carpets, in slippers. In our room were no toilet paper! The breakfast was very poor. Staff spoke only Italian.

It was an excellent choice for a stop over to spend the night at Como Lake area. Very spacious rooms, new/renovated recently with very nice view to the mountains. Warm staff which in essence gave us the best tips for our trip. The heating was good and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was also good and rich given the budget range.

Staff seemed nice, but did not speak English. There were some problems with the wifi. Bathroom has a big window into the room, so turning the light on there in the night is problematic.

Nice location - from windows you can see mountains. Very cosy, nice rooms and all environment. Good breakfast with real Italian coffee and earlier if needed.

We found the hotel very difficult to find. The satelite system was not very helpful for the final 500meters of the journey.

Located in 10 minutes drive from Como lake, so its not easily accessible by foot or taxi.

We can here to stay for the first 2 nights of our 11 day holiday in Italy. We liked it so much we cancelled our last 3 nights in Milan and came back here to stay instead. The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly and gave us so much advice. The 2 rooms we stayed in are both spacious, very clean, modern, comfortable, great shower, tv, windows looking straight out to the mountains. Breakfast is very nice and the coffee excellent. We would definitely come back here again.

We like hotel very much. Sights from hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Breakfast and coffee was good and tasty. Location was perfect -> you can see beautiful contryside and mountains. Lake Como, Lugano and many other intresting places are near.

Hotel was located in a beautiful countryside with fantastic views over the mountains. Short walk to the village shops, restaurants and pubs. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money.

Although it takes only about 15-20 minutes to drive to Lago Como and Lugano, the road is very narrow and hilly with sharp turns - be very careful of your fellow drivers! Bathroom could have been equipped with shelves/hangers - there was no where to place towels or toiletries. Also, the shower was leaking despite looking very new and modern. Towels have not been changed in 3 days. No iron available on request.

We liked everything about Hotel Corte Santa Libera. The hotel is very well kept, clean, modern and the room was very comfortable. The room was very spacious and we had a wonderful view from our hotel room. The owner is very friendly and tries his very best to make you feel at home. Even the breakfast was very good and it is very value for money. I will definitely recommend it to other people.

The only thing is its location. If you are coming with the car, the gps will drive you from the Lugano side and it is a bit difficult to find. It is better if you come from the Como route.

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre double supérieure. C'était parfait. Une vue magnifique, une salle de bain super jolie, beaucoup d'espace dans la chambre, ... A conseiller vivement. Très raisonnable comme prix pour une offre de ce niveau.

небольшой, уютный отель. нет лифта, но там он и не очень нужен. номер был довольно большой, с французским балкончиком, откуда открывался прекрасный вид на горы. есть своя автостоянка. недалеко от центра городка, где можно вкусно и недорого поесть.

были проблемы с интернетом, но не по вине отеля.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.

Das Frühstück ist etwas überschaubar.

Schöne und Ruhige Lage. Jedoch ohne Auto nicht erreichbar. Sehr nahe an der Schweizer Grenze (ca. 15min von Melide!)

Der Weg nach San Fedele Intelvi ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Diverse Abschnitte auf dem Weg sind nur sehr sehr schmal (sogar nur knapp ein Auto passierbar).
