Corte Di Re Artù  

Rooms were different decor from the norm and clean. Romantic feel albeit we were in a triple room with our teenage son, but I could imagine a couple enjoying the ambience of the room!! Good size too and the restoration work is good. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Location of the hotel to central Lucca was reasonable for us but it was a good 20 minute walk to eating places in the evening which was a little tiring after a day out site seeing but manageable for us.

Very disappointed with what we expected through the description and what we got! One - it is not a hotel but a B&B and this is very clearly written all over the wall when you arrive. Two - the pictures on the website give the impression of a fairly grand old building which has been restored, not at all, it is a whitewash terrace building with 6 rooms!! Having said this it was still an okay stay but marketing on the site is very misleading from what it states and what you get when you arrive. Three - you need to pay cash, no debit or credit cards, and this was not pre-mentioned, this could be a problem for people with cash flow problems or no access to cash once abroad other than what you have with you, very disappointing in this day and age. Four - we asked for an earlier breakfast of around 7.30am on our last day but this was refused as the lady did not start until 8.30am, very poor service. Five - very small and dark building. If you know all of the above then the B&B is okay for a stay just disappointing when it was not what we were expecting. Also on arrival we could not get in and needed a neighbour to the B&B to call the owner while we waited for them to arrive to give us access!

Not a bad choice to choose when you are looking for stay for one two nights in Lucca, to be close to Pisa or the beach at Viareggio. Anyway, you can do a better choice that amount of money.

The noises from the breakfast room next to our room. Receptionist didn;t speak english or any other languague.

Room was lovely and spacious and interestingly decorated. We really enjoyed the free-standing claw-foot bath! The value for 55euro inc breakfast was incredible!

La camera davvero ""d'altri tempi"! Quel tocco medievale davvero affascinante. Camera pulita e ampia. Davvero un ottimo b&B. Consigliatissimo.

L'allestimento interno molto carino e studiato nei minimi particolari; Stile medioevale impeccabile; La signorina Brunella molto gentile e generosa di consigli;

Parcheggio inadeguato;

Lo stile particolare e molto curato dell'Hotel. La piscina..rigenerante dopo una giornata in giro per la città.

Colazione con prodotti confezionati e non artigianali. Ideale per una o 2 notti, ma non di + per la scarsa insonorizzazione.

B&b è molto romantico e a due passi dalle mura di Lucca; il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale.

Assistenza ai clienti inesistente colazione pessima non tornerò mai più

Davvero molto originale e ben arredato. L'interno risulta molto ricercato nei dettagli dell'epoca

stupenda , veramente incredibilmente, bella.struttura in stile medievale, con camere bellissime e arredate. BeB vicino al centro con possibilità di parcheggio. colazione nella norma.le scale non son molto larghe ma tutto sommato, abbiamo pagato un prezzo veramente modico, da tornare.

Bellissima struttura,sapientemente ristrutturata in cui sembra di vivere realmente alla corte di Re Artù...grande cura nei dettagli,atmosfera magica!

L'unico aspetto negativo se così si può dire,è stata la colazione,un pò troppo industriale,e con poca scelta.

Il Bed&Breakfast è carino, pulito e in una posizione ottima per visitare la città. La nostra stanza era al piano terra (Maga Magò), proprio di fronte alla reception: molto confortevole e caratteristica.

Le pareti sono sottili, perciò si sente qualsiasi rumore fuori dalla stanza. Quando siamo arrivati al Bed&Breakfast non c'era nessuno ad aspettarci: abbiamo telefonato al numero scritto sul cartello fuori dal portoncino e ci hanno dato il codice per entrare.
