The staff was extremely kind, very helpful too. I returned there for my second trip to Roma, and the room was excellent (with discount and upgrade for coming back). I was really very pleased. |

very friendly and helpful staff. Very centrally located within minutes walking distance of the main railway station, but on a quiet street with an excellent restuarant next door |

Very friendly staff let us stay in the lobby even after checkout as Rome transport was closed after 4 pm due to some event and I had a prebooked eurostar train to venice at 8pm. The breakfast room is very small could get a bigger place |

It located in the city center - so it was very convenient to reach every point from the hotel, - and near to the station, that makes the way to/from airport much easier. Nothing |

Excellent staff, great location if you come from the Termini Station. (watch out where you exit the station, it is advisable to exit at its front-most part, towards the square in front of the station, the crowd looks so much nicer and the area is just ok). They also changed the sheets often and towels even more often than that. Breakfast was ok, but there is always room for improvement. The bathroom space is pretty small, and the breakfast area is very small as well. And they do not have wireless internet, which is another thing they could improve on. We were there during the earthquake, but the building was rock solid and there was no feeling of danger whatsoever. |

location, about1 mintute from train station bathroom...teeny weeny and it looks dodgy when you walk through an alley then into a budget looking building to go to the 5th floor to the hotel...breakfast is stale and not fresh. it is pre-wrapped food, with 1 cereal to choose from and stale tart. |

Location is very close to the Termini station which was very helpful for us. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a big apartment building. It was a decent room- very much like other Italian hotels. Good for a budget traveler- not recommended if you are looking for a great room to spend any length of time in. A light breakfast is provided. |

Two out of four of the reception staff on shift during our stay were very friendly and helpful with information regarding the area. The location was perfect close to termini station and within easy walking distance of the colosseum. I did not like the bathroom floor, the size for a two star hotel was fine however everytime a shower was had the floor ended up soaked. Other than this the room was fine for the time spent in it. |

I appreciated the staff - they were helpful, respectful, willing to accommodate special needs, and always available. The bathroom was very small and water got all over the floor and toilet when one took a shower. |

Just a few steps from Rome’s central railway station, Termini, the Hotel Luciani is set in the historic centre of the eternal city and boasts easy access to the city’s major attractions. |
Set in a central location in Rome, between the Termini railway station and the Coliseum, Hotel Altavilla is the ideal base when travelling in style and on a budget. |
Hotel Santa Prassede is just 50m from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and a short walk from Rome’s Termini Station. Expect comfortable, modern rooms and friendly service. |
When in Rome, being close to Termini is a great help in finding your way around. Madison Hotel is one of the first things you'll see outside the Railway Station. |
