I liked the fact that a. all the time English speaking staff was around. b. the beds were OK, c. no "city noise" entered the room during the night. The rooms were neatly cleaned every morning. I did not like the basic breakfast facility of the hotel (particularly the selection of food was extremely limted...). I believe here the hotel can improve with a limited investment. |

Central location was convenient and it was quiet at night. Bed not comfortable and there was an ant infestation in the bathroom which they did deal with quickly with insecticide. We asked to be moved, but there was no other room available. In spite of spite of the inconvenience and smell of chemical no reduction to the room rate was offered at time of check out. |

The room's size is bigger than what I thought. Location is ok, but it will take few minutes to catch Metro or bus. |

Friendly reception staff. Central location close to railway. Appreciated airconditioning in room.breakfast basic. Free internet in foyer. Rome accommodation is expensive for what you get but it is a big city and location is everything. |

The hotel was close to transport and most of the sites of Rome. The showers without any doors or curtain are abit strange as the water goes all over the bathroom, other wise staff were hekpful. |

We liked the personnel, the boys were extremely nice and careful, as well as the lady who was helping them. Breakfast was simply, but you could eat plenty and they even serve you, so you don't have to provide for yourself. very helpful regarding advice for travellers.the room was nice, clean, it had air conditionning, tv, refrigerator, there was an elevator and very important, the directions from the web were right and true. The hotel should have more advertisement and a bigger name on the door, because it can be easilly passed by. also...the price is a little high, but given the season and the location... one or 2 nights it's ok. |

The staff was very kind and helpful, the landlady was very friendly (unfortunately she speaks only Italian). The room was nice and clean. The hotel is very close to the main train station (literally a 5 minute walk, if not shorter), so it's very handy also for catching buses or the underground. Maybe the area doesn't look the best if you go back late at night, but we didn't have any problem at all. |

The location of the hotel in the centre helped us save our time greatly, it is only 2 minutes from Termini and about 15 minutes walking from Il Coliseo and Forum. It was quiet at night there, the condition was working 24 hours. Small fridge was very helpful as we were staying there for 3 nights. The variety of breakfast could be better and bread was not fresh every day, yogurts and butter were warm. They should place a small fridge for yogurt and butter in the breakfast room. |

Good location close to Roma Termini station. Friendly and helpful staff. Really good value for money in an otherwise expensive city. leak in toilet bowl when flushed. Smell of urine in bathroom. This may have been just an isolated occurrence. Otherwise no major complaints |

the location was great for coming from the train station, termini, and leaving from there as well. sometimes it did seem a bit far from the main historic center, but that didn't seem too bad; sometimes we ended up taking a cab, which is not horribly expensive. the bathroom was very very small with no shower curtain or anything to keep the water inside so the floor, sink and toilet got soaked every time we showered. and the air conditioning did not work too well...it was insanely hot out and all we wanted was to come back everyday to a slightly cooler room and it was not. |

It is above our expectations, for a 2 star hotel, it is clean, comfortable and silent and at most important is in the middle of the center,3 mins to termini and 15 mins walking to collesum. Breakfast is better than the other hotels, italian breakfasts which is always sweet, at least we can eat cheese at the breakfast in cortorillo..NİCE Hotel |
