Location and staff were great . The hotel was clean and we had a large room, which was great.

The price was very expensive, for what the hotel is!

The location was fantastic, rooms were comfortable and clean with lovely bathrooms. A lot of other comments talk about charging for wifi but we were told it was free and available in our room. We asked for a quiet room, which was given to us with no problem.

The breakfast spread was adequate, a wide-ish selection but the quailty was not all that. If I was to be picky our room was a bit on the small side but perfectly satisfactory, and made up for by the location.

Staff were excellent, so friendly, and helpfull. Location perfect for all siteseeing.

Wi-Fi was practically non excistent! No tea, coffee making facilites which was very inconvenient for my elderly father who had to go the bar everytime he wanted a cuppa! kettles please! :)

The fact that it is located on walking distance from the main touristic attractions and the centre, saving money on transport. The room was quit so we got a good night sleep.

When there is a problem, say no hot water thoughout the hotel, nobody seemed to be able to help, offer or tell us anything untill we checked out and even then there are problems with the refund. It only has internet against extra payment,no breakfast included. For the price they ask p.p.p.r. the rooms are very small and they do not offer much.

Need double glazed noise reduction windows internet charge is ridiculous should be free at these prices need to fix the terrible drain smell that is everywhere in the hotel - they have plenty of cash to fix this

The morning receptionist suggested very good places to eat and see.

The room was very uncomfortable. The walls were not looking clean and needed paint. The heater in the bathroom of the room was not working. The breakfast was very poor. I would not have given a four star classification to this hotel for sure maybe even not given 3

Rooms too small, no free wi-fi or satellite tv. Breakfast basic! It smells vile in th rooms section of the hotel

The whole stay was flawless, couldn't have enjoyed our time more.

Supberb location for historical sights, shopping, restaurants. Cheerfull and helpfull staff. Good breakfast buffet.

Room was extremely small-maybe 8 sq.m.-just bed and some space around it, but again-all clean and it's a good value for money spent.

Free wifi should be a given in this day and age. When purchased Internet speed was slow.

I'm a world traveler, i work in the petroleum fields all over the world so i'm always in Hotels. Honestly, as a customer service, this one is one of the greatest. Alessandro, recepionist, BIG RESPECT! Even though sometimes i felt that I was a bit too annoying with my questions about the city and the villages but, you made me feel otherwise! Keep it up...your service is what makes me wanna come back to this hotel and not any other one.

Thin walls between rooms, so if one's listening to the TV at regular volume, you would still hear it a bit! But then again, i wasn't there to stay in the room and the good service just makes it fade away...
