Hotel Regno is 650 ft from the Trevi Fountain. Toss a coin in the fountain if you want to come back to Rome, most likely to this superior 3-star hotel.
Score from 1011 reviews Very good
In a 19th-century building, the Quirinale is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. This historic hotel is connected to Rome Opera House through a passageway in its leafy courtyard.

Walking distance to all the major sites and restaurants. In a great location. Staff went above and beyond to give us directions and assistance. Would stay there again.
The room was quite stuffy as the air con only worked for heating.
Great location and nice hotel rooms. Nice bathroom, big room.
Bed/pillow that comfy

My small room!
great location,friendly staff, good service
the stairs to the room make it difficult to bring up luggage, no kettle in the room
the location was great
almost everything was'nt what i expected. the room was dreadfull, the Wi-Fi was poor and the hotel was uncomterable and noisy.
Excellent location. Good facilities and clean room.
Excellent central position, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast very good
the location is excellent
reception stuff except Mr. Alex
Rooms very clean and comfortable, also the hotel is centrally located for easy access to all attractions.
The position of the Hotel is very good - next to Venezia Square, 10 minutes by bus to Termini Railway Station. The staff was also helpful and nice, allowing me to make the check-in online and print the ticket. Practically, these people save the face of the place, and they deserve recognition.
The room was long and tight, like a train car. The two beds were positioned one after the other (head to head), not one next to the other. The shower cabin was almost too tight: I am 180 cm height and 86 kilos weight, and it was tricky to enter the cabin. Somebody bigger may not be able to it. The tv set had a poor choice of tv channels - mostly local ones, in which the movies are dubbed with voice. I understand enough Italian to manage, but others may not. The hotel restaurant was closed in the evenings (after 5 p.m.). The continental breakfast was disappointing: uneatable scrambled eggs, and no vegetables at all, not even a tomato! And this was happening in Italy, the great exporter of vegetables... Last but not least, for the money paid, I would have expected a kettle in the room, to make myself some tea. Luckily, my traveling experience in ex-Yugoslavia and Albania helped me, as I was having all the necessary items in my bag :-)
The location was excellent for a base to get around room. The room had a very nice view of the roof tops of the city, and although the room was a little on the small side it was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The receptionist staff were helpful and pleasenat
Breakfast at the hotel was poor, coffee came out of a vending machine!!, the staff were having conversations with each other sorting out cutlery, so not a very nice breakfast experience. No coffe making facilities in the room. Air conditioning didn't work key for the safe
Roof Breakfast Location
The location of this hotel cannot be beaten. Staff is friendly.
Room was very small, hair in bathroom. Very expensive.
Central location in Rome
Bad smell in bathroom, we were offered another room, which was Good.
Great location, very clean, helpful staff. Great value breakfast!
Overall my experience was great. Other than the many qualities this place has, I sincerely appreciated how they handled a problem I had on my first night. I did not clarify that I needed a quiet room. I was first given a room facing the main street. The hotel is right smack in the middle of the centre and it was a Friday night. Rome is an incredibly lively city that does not sleep. I remained awake with the city until 5:00 am, and had complained. The assistant manager was informed and she met with me to discuss the issue. To make up for it, I was given a great room that was super quiet, they refunded half of the cost of the first night and included breakfast. The manner in which establishments deal with a problem is very telling. I would recommend it anytime, and would definitely stay there again. Additionally, the staff are very helpful, polite, professional. Andrea in the breakfast area spoiled me every single morning with gluten-free needs. All of these are great additions to the fantastic location. If you have preferences, just make them clear before you go and they really do try to meet them.
No evening bar
Friendly & helpful staff
