In USA we are used to big rooms and bathrooms. The room & shower are very small by US standards -petite people won't have a problem, but if you are not used to confined space, it might be an issue. To me, location was more important so I didn't mind.
Location, location, location! Cannot beat- centrally situated within walking distance of the great must-see's. I loved my 5th floor room, overlooking a portion of Victor Emmanuel memorial. (Thanks for that!) The roof garden is delightful.
The breakfast was very standard
The location was excellent, rooms were good and staff very helpful
Arrrived at hotel after 10pm and couldn't get any food not even a hot drink.
very clean and greta location
had to change room, it was a terrible smell in the bathroom. Smelled from the wc. The new room was a little bit better.
really good location, walking distance to everything.
Close to main road so even with good double glazing there was some road noise and we could also hear some noise from the next room
Very good location, within easy walking distance of most of the main sights and very close to one of the main bus routes. Buffet breakfast ok but good value for money at €7.50
Strongly disliked the fact that our electricity did not work and there was no hot water in the shower. On our last morning I had to use a blowdryer in the lobby.
We liked the location and friendly staff.
İts not for baby strollars bacuse of stairs and narrow aisles.internet is poor and the worst thing there is no coffe machine in the room. The price is very high for this hotel and i believe it dont derserve 4 star for such facilities
Very central location and helpful personal specially after wrong reservation by booking.com
Staff and friendly atmosphere
A bit tired, mostly cosmetic things that needed to be fixed.
Location, right in the heart of the old city. Quiet.
Not so much something bad, but our choice of date of visit (Easter) meant that everywhere was very crowded with subsequent long queues - which took a little of the shine off some of the attractions. Planning go visit at a less busy time.
Everything about Rome, the people, the food, the sights, the history. Opportunity to discover more since last visit. Brilliant weekend.
The staff...very nice and friendly. All levels. Safety aspect very good. The location was very ideal for a visit to Ancient Rome. All other attractions walkable distance. Breakfast was good. The buffet lunch was superb and cheap. The Glass Bar & Restaurant was a hit not only for patrons of the hotel. After travelling to several cities in Italy, I found that this hotel was value for money.
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff enjoyed our stay
Had to wait an hour over check in time as room was not ready. No room service Staff not the most polite and welcoming people

Read and coffee making facilities needed in room.
Centrally located for attractions and eating out. Walking distance of train station (approx 20 minutes).
Breakfast was ok, but could have been better
Proximity to Vatican, Collesseum, Termini, shopping and nice restaurants.
Location and great staff
Not all staff have a humor that we might understand.
Free wifi, room size
Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to the most ancient part of Rome.
