Wifi Location Bellboy assistance
Rooms. Bad mattress. Very small bath shower place. Bad A/C . Too much access card usage entry and exit ..
Room was spotless every day and our 10 year old loved the personal touch. ( the maid set up her teddies and dolls every day on her bed.) thank you so much what a team.
Lactation and staff
Great location, comfy (but firm) bed , good wifi signal throughout the hotel. We didn't walk to all of the main attractions but you certainly could do so if you wanted. The staff were always helpful and nice, and spoke excellent English. Short walk to Trevi fountain area, across the road from a couple of handy breakfast cafes where we ate each morning and enjoyed. I definitely recommend the hotel especially if it's your first time in Rome, especially for its location.
We were on a very busy street which was fine for us, but it did interrupt sleep a little, ask for a room facing the other way if you plan to sleep extremely well - or just drink more!
Staff Comfort Location
Location could not be better, staff are extremely helpful, lovely breakfast, value!
good location, close to everything.
too many touristy restaurants around. Need to travel a bit out of Rome to experience the true Rome
Second time I have stayed at this hotel. A good location. The friendly staff. Great breakfasts.
Everything was OK.
They gave us rooms facing courtyard and we did not like it eventhough they gave us upgrade for one room, but they were nice and tried to change the room but we were outside and they could not change the room.
Location In room wifi Lovely and helpful staff
Rooms were quiet & clean fresh linen everyday Gorgeous roof terrace
No coffee or tea facilities in rooms Only one lift which was small and slow Breakfast very average
Very friendly and kind staff, clean room, good service, perfect location and amazing terrace!
Hotel Cosmopolita is in a perfect location for all of the main attractions. The hotel is very clean and well presented as well as the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here for our short trip and would definitely recommend it!!
There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel but we thought it could do with having a bath and kettle facilities in the room for guests.
Great location to all the tourist attractions in Rome.
Reception staff not helpful to a foreign tourist. Pillows extremely uncomfortable, but they did replace one which was more comfy.
The room is clean an nice. the hotel is . very close to all rome attractions wi-fi is good
you need to pay 3 euro tax for each day per preson as
Location was excellent. Staff very helpful.
Lift was out of order several times
Location is excellent. You can almost walk to every sightseeing you wanna see. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
There was slow wifi and hard beds.
bruno was great at the front desk .... location fab - go to cin cin bar and order a spritz!
Great location, great breakfast
Excellent location, all attractions within walking distance and bus stops very close by. Breakfast was first class, with both hot and cold selections; staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms very clean, linen and towels changed daily. We had rooms on 4th floor with an open aspect over the main street which was a little noisy with the windows open but well worth the roof top views. I would definitely stay there again when next in Rome!
elevator broke down several times and had to walk up the stairs for 4 levels very rude front desk authorizes 20% more on your card in case of extra charges make you pay the city charges in cash despite the credit card charge porter service extremely rude and refused to carry luggage for my wife and baby saying that her husband is here and he can do it referring to me although I took 3 trips on the stairs for 4 stories to bring luggage down alone
Everything was outstanding - staff, location, value for money. It was very comfortable for our family.
Location, Location, Location! So convenient for all the famous sights of Rome, mostly all within walking distance, handy for bus stops too. Breakfast was also really good, lots of variety and set us up for the day! Rooms very clean and tidy, fresh linen and towels everyday. Bathroom very good with a good size shower. Tip: ask for 4th floor with roof top views (we had 440 & 438) and couldn't fault them!
20% up-front deposit was a little bit of a surprise! Roof top terrace was a disappointment, no bar or services photo's very misleading!
Location was very good. Reception Desk friendly & accomodating Good breakfast buffet
TV functionality and offer No restaurant service on Garden Terrace Restaurant 'the Glass' staff not very friendly
