Nice and helpful stuff. They like a good humour! Hotel needs an update but still very cozy.
Don´t go to Rome with your car or rented car, because if you not a resident of Rome you can´t drive or park the car in the center of City. Every cop is interested in why you are here! And of course, they can not understand a word of English!
Location was good. Comfy bed. Cheap and cheerful base for a weekend Rome trip.
Ran out of hot water. Staff recommendations weren't great. Decor pretty outdated.
Location was perfect
The room was very small and uncomfortable. This hotel seems like a two star hotel. The garage was 500 meters away for 40 Euro/night and it's not open for 7/24. The food was very simple, not an Italian style..
Location was great & the staff were very helpful & spoke very good english. The bed was very comfortable & was overall a good choice in hotel.
Breakfast cost extra. We could occasionally hear our neighbours.
I would like if there was a safety chain on the bedroom door The sticker about saving laundry is not prominent I only spotted it by accident I
Loved the hotel and location. Cleaning was excellent. Good breakfast. Reception staff on arrival excellent
Left hotel early morning and realized within 4 5 mins that I left item in room. Phoned hotel immediately and had to phone back while they checked room, to be told later that afternoon that it wasn't there, which I knew of course it was when I left. I wasn't getting much help so I followed up with 2 emails to be told 2 days later that it misterously appeared...... They then charged me almost 3 times the standard rate to courier it to me.
Wi-fi slow and did not work at times. No TV without paying, that is just stingy!
Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was very central with all attractions in walking distance
the hotel charge me 11 Euros for using TV special facilities and watch movie by entering my room number while I never use it but I didnot have any proof for it!!!!!!!!!
Location, staff, good sized room
Beds and pillows are hard, a bit noisy
The location was excellent, and the restaurant staff was really nice and friendly. We asked for a quiet room, and we got it. That was a big plus for us, since we came from far and needed to sleep. The wifi was free and worked really well most of the time, even though we had 3 diferent devices.
Our biggest issue was the people at the front desk. There is no concierge service at the hotel, but we didn't find that the people at the front desk really went out of their way to be helpful or hospitable. They basically gave a map and circled some areas to visit and to eat. We needed information about trains, and the information we were given was wrong. The room was very small. When we opened the door, the beds were right there and we couldn't fit our suitcases through. The maid service came in one day even though we had the do not distrub sign on. Thankfully, all of our stuff was locked. The beds and pillows were hard. There were only 2 body towels in the bathroom, and then some that were made out of bedding material. All of that would have not bothered us as much, if we got the help and hospitality we needed from the front desk. That was a big problem for us, as we really relied on that for our visit.
C'entra.la located x my business. Good for evening entertainment.
Staff were excellent! Location was perfect, right in the middle of main attractions. Had a fridge too
On 1st floor had to run shower for five minutes before water was warm enough to stand under. Bed was a little too firm but I really liked the hotel.
Perfect...It is a cosy hotel where you can walk to all main attractions. Very clean, good bed, good shower. I would certainly go back.
the bread at breakfast could be better.
Stayed here in November with my husband, my brother and my sister-in-law. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Bruno at reception who certainly used his Italian charm to greet and entertain his guests. We were able to check into our room when we arrived at 12.30 even though check in should not be until 2.00pm. All special requests trom booking form had been read and were honoured. Room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was well worth the price and had lots of selection. Location was ideal for seeing all major sights and there was a bus stop just a few yards from the hotel so that you could reach the main Termini station within 5minutes approx.
There is nothing major I would criticise. The reception area could do with a make over with plusher couches etc and the hallways leading to bedrooms need something like a few pictures on presently bare mustard yellow walls as it reminded me of being in an old monastery or such like. However this does not take away from the positives about the hotel but would give a more positive first impression.
great location great food
no tea making facilities, breakfast not hot enough,no bar drinks after 10pm
Walking distance to all the major sites and restaurants. In a great location. Staff went above and beyond to give us directions and assistance. Would stay there again.
The room was quite stuffy as the air con only worked for heating.
Great location and nice hotel rooms. Nice bathroom, big room.
Bed/pillow that comfy
the location, i would recommend this hotel.
the mould in the shower.
