Excellent location, the apartment was great, hotel staff was very helpful. it was nice that the breakfast was included but the available item could be expanded to include some fresh fruit and bread. |

The hotel is simple yet looks modern and is realtively new. It has enough parking spaces and a private garage, free internet access (although you have to ask for a cable and username). The rooms are average, the comfort level is that of a three-star hotel, as are the materials used. |

The room was very well designed, modern, clean and comfortable. Free wifi was also very good. Free shuttle was really only when the hotel wished to provide it, location bad for a tourist, one female staff member not helpful and just left me hang at the train station for 3 hours. She was rude, other staff helpful. |

The staff was very friendly. The location of the Hotel its not so good. To get there from the airport and back one needs to spend around EUR40 in taxi. Public transport its not an option.... |

It is a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was good. We didn't have hot water when we showered in the morning. |

Excellent new facilities, very clean and comfortable rooms. Superb breakfast and very attentive staff. Good internet. Far from city center. Takes about 20-30min on the bus to get to the city and to get back is a problem at night after 8pm. |

The room was small but clean, new, and modern. The bathroom was clean and sizable with new modern fixtures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was ample parking on site. The hotel was a new glass and metal highrise. The hotel claimed it had Internet in all the rooms. To get on the Internet required an Ethernet cable which the hotel provided free of charge. The Internet was, however, not working in the rooms and could only be accessed via WiFi in the lobby. Drinks at the bar were fifteen dollars each. |

Good value for price (discounted rate) and nice Junior suite, large and confortable. Hotel easy to reach and close to main car connections. Free wi-fi in the room. Good restaurant, fair breakfast. Only water (free) in the minibar, lobby bar closed at late evening, hard mattress, unconfortable desk chair if you need to work on the computer. Nice jacuzzi, but no glasses if you only want a shower. |

The customer service received was a five-star customer service though the hotel is rated four-star.If I am allowed, I would mention names of the staff. They were all exellent, from the hotel manager to the cleaners. There was nothing I did not like. This is the honest truth. If there is one I would mention because this is not the first hotel I spent my holiday in. This hotel is recommendable and I am already recommending it to friends. |

I really liked the staff at the hotel and the waiter and the young waitress at the bar and at the hotel´s restaustant were super nice and helpful. The hotel is really modern and the interiors are fabilous, really cool. ;) The hotel was so clean and the location was good ;) |

Very nice and a modern hotel with excellent staff On the website it said there should be a city-shuttle and it wasn´t. Not good to advertise it and do not deliver. because of the location of the hotel the expense for taxis went through the roof so we were very unsatisfied with that, |

the hotel is exellent, new and very nice, the breakfast table is very good , the reasturant is exellent very good food, the staff is prof, a little bit far from midtown but the bus goes every 20 min, and a taxi is about 13 euros |
