Hotel Cosmopolitan Bologna    

Very friendly staff, at the reception and in the restaurant.

Location was poor as it was simply too far out of the city of Bologna.....Pity.

Spacious room and bath room, professional English speaking staff, extra baby bed was arranged quickly, good breakfast.

Everything was good, from ease of parking to the friendly and helpful counter staff. The room was clean, very commodious and comfortable. We enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast. Really can't fault the hotel. And it was great value for money!

Perhaps a little out of the way for some people - not a problem for us.

Would like to have had a single and a double bed, instead of 3 singles.

New and modern hotel. Spacious rooms, very well equipped, high quality furniture, comfortable bed. Very good room soundproofing. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful and professional. The hotel offers few times a day free shuttle from Bologna, which is very convenient if you travel by public transportation.

Out from city but easy access to motorways to sights out of Bologna.Shuttle bus to city. Staff helpfull and knowledgeable. Restaurant staff terrific and meals great. 2 brothers amazing.

THe room was nice and clean, a bit anonymous, free water in the fridge, a stunning couple (double) shower. Staff at the reception were quite helpful and the free wifi fast and working (not the first day though).

Breakfast is really not at a 4 star hotel level. Automatic coffe and cappucino machine is disgusting (luckily the waiter brought me a good bar cappucino at my request), frozen industrial greasy croissants, very bad selection of cold-cuts and sliced cheese, no fresh fruit! Not even in a 1star hostel I would accept this.

Continental Breakfast included with room fee was very varied, excellent and very well prepared. WiFi which was included with part of room fee was appropriate for using Internet in calling Canada. Room facility was excellent.

Very clean, nice large rooms & bathroom. Modern, very helpful staff. Food at the restaurant was great. Close to the airport.

well priced hotel with free parking. the room was fine, but a little cramped for three people (2 adults and 1 teenager). the included breakfast buffet was somewhat better than others we've had in Italy.

the view of the backside of a big-box store from our room was pretty ugly. the shuttle bus into the centre was always booked up, so we had to take the car in and pay for parking to enjoy historic Bologna. Services, such as laundry, restaurant, room service etc...are overpriced.

We used the hotel after an eight hour drive to stop before going onto Ancona! The spa bath was lovely and then the food was great too!

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room was great and spacious, very comfortable and clean also! They offer a shuttle to the city center and back. Breakfast was good. You won't find a batter hotel for this price in Bologna!
