rooms were large. pool view was good. The staff helped us with our bags because the elevator was not working the day we came. They were very helpful. sea view was not good because there was a trashed yard in front of the sea. The elevator was not working the day we got there and had to carry our bags up two flights. |

It was convenient to airport and had a pool. Also was very clean. The rather weak air conditioning in the room could not be adjusted. The proximity to the beach was not very convenient. Because it was divided from beach by train tracks, it was less than the "seaside" location advertised. The pool, however, was very nice. |

Brand new hotel, pleasant, mannerly staff. Hotel suite was spacious and well furnished. The hotel pool was a good size. The nearby beach was very dirty. Our transfer to the airport was not pleasant - We wondered did the guy have a driving license. Not a good experience |

Small and very friendly. Very tasteful. Modern - only opened April 2008. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Good food if you ate off the A la Carte menu (we weren't on a package including dinner). Lovely pool area. We went for rest and relaxation and it was perfect for that - hardly left the hotel grounds!. Not ideal if you want an activity holiday. If you have a car you could use it as a base to tour surrounding areas. Bed a bit firm. not enough parasols around the pool (i.e. not enough shady areas - the sun was hot - even in June~!) A bit remote - 20 minute walk into town along busy road with no footpaths, but it's not a bad walk. (There is a shuttle service 6euros return, which runs on demand) |

Excellent hotel with superb facilities, great restaurant, very nice staff and located close to major sites and the beautiful Lo Zingaro Park in Western Sicily. The swimming pool is also very nice You need a car to enjoy the area from here, but there is enough parking space at the hotel |

Clean and fairly close to the Palermo Airport. Needed to leave too early to experience breakfast. Staff was very helpful and and spoke English well. A bit difficult to find. In a rather decrepit area. Nearby beach is a messy thing that looks like it has not been cleaned up in many a year. I would suppose the hotel has no control over that issue, but it certainly detracts from what is a nice little hotel that served our purposes. |

Les chambres spacieuses avec balcons, la gentillesse et le professionalisme du personnel, la piscine avec jaccuzi et la propreté irréprochable de tout l'hotel. La situation assez isolée: heureusement nous avions une voiture de location pour silloner la Sicile. La plage à proximité est sale et mal entretenue. Il faut aller à Catellamare del golfo ou à Balestrate sur une plage à la sortie du village. |

relativ neues Hotel Ist zwar in Meernähe (ca. 150 m) aber die Umgebung ist nicht gerade einladend. Etwas außerhalb des Dorfes - man sollte also auch ein Auto haben. |

Pres de l'aeroport, hotel tranquil, acceuil soigné, village de Ballestrate tres sympa et animé le soir, la vrai vie à la sicilienne. La piscine de l'hotel est un plus non negligeable. la plage est pas loin, mais vaut mieux aller un peu plus loin pour en trouver une plus belle. coin assez tranquil meme en tres haute saison. Petit dej tres correct (juste un peu lent!!) un peu cher, mais comme partout a cette periode. parking loin mais possibilité de se garer "a l'italienne" le long de lhotel. |

la piscina, la posizione tranquilla....conoscevamo già questo hotel e siamo tornati perchè ha un'atmosfera particolare ed è sempre un piacere tornare la cameriera che ha iniziato a spostare mobili sulle camere adiacenti molto molto presto !!! |

Очень комфортный отель, большие номера из нескольких комнат, хороший ремонт, в каждой комнате кондиционеры - за сравнительно небольшие деньги, рядом море (дикий пляж, поэтому категорию "пляж/побережье" не выбрала - нет зонтиков, туалета, негде переодеться, но! простор, тишина, чисто, море чудное). Очень приветливый персонал, можно расслабиться и у бассейна. Завтраки - "не наши" - большой выбор сладких плюшек, есть мюсли, молоко ну и все, пожалуй. Ветчину и сыр кладут, но явно экономя. Хорошо бы немножко разнообразить. Мы приносили с собой помидоры, творог, иначе просто оставались голодными. В остальном, пожалуй, лучшего и желать нечего.. |

Das einjährige Hotel hat eine bestechend schöne Architektur, jeder Winkel ist ausgeschmückt sowohl im Hotel als in der Gartenanlage mit dem wunderschönen Schwimmbad. Das Auto ist im abgeschlossenen Parkgelände sicher aufgehoben. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet.Die Nähe zum Meer angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Am Morgen wurden wir vom Rauschen des Meeres geweckt. |

belles chambres spacieuses et calmes.Bonne table.Très belle piscine le cadre un peu quelconque.Pas de vue mer possible du 1er étage car separé de la mer par la voie de chemin de fer qui est surelevée (pas de nuisance car très peu de trains) |

Personnel sympathique, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Dommage que la voie de chemin de fer gâche la vue sur la mer. L'hotel est trop isolé, il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour aller en ville. |
