The apartment and its views were good
The swimming pool was supposed to be open but it wasn't.
Beach is terrible and nothing on it, besides a few broken chair. Some bedrooms don't have windows , u have to open doors to breath. No curtains, so mosquito are welcome. Everything , whatever is on premises, is closed almost the whole day: store, pizza. No cafeteria, or any place to buy breakfast. The worst place I ever stayed.
The location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view of the bay. The terrain of the resort is very well maintained and the staff is really friendly. The apartment is basic but clean and has good cooking facilities.
The sofa bed is ok but not to comfy. The bathroom is big, however the shower is very small. The swimming pool and shop were closed but we were in the low season so we knew this beforehand.
We loved pretty much everything there, apart of small things mentioned in minuses. We had a two bedroom apartment booked for 6 people. But in the end it was just 4 of us. Two separated rooms, which is perfect for couples. Each room has a little balcony and there's a big terrace in the kitchen area so you can enjoy your dinner outside. You get all the facilities in the kitchen for cooking. The staff was very attentive and helping. I can tell that overall we liked this place a lot, it's cosy and not too far from Palau and other small villages, so you have a choice.
If you're coming there without a car hoping to enjoy the beach nearby, that's not the best option. Sardinian beaches and the sea are so amazing, but that little part next to the hotel is just not one of those places. Although if you're driving, there are so many places around you should visit (Palau, S.Teresa etc), make your research to choose the beach that suits you. The doors in the apartment lock automatically and we had a little accident because of that (were told in the end that it happens regularly). Basically we closed the door and key was left inside, moreover if was left in the keyhole from inside, so we could't open it with another key. Luckily we forgot to close the door on the balcony, so with the help of staff and a bit of ladder climbing we managed to get inside. I'm really glad that even after 10pm there was a member of the staff to help us. The other thing that didn't bother me, but worth to mention is ants. They were everywhere in the apartment, mostly in the kitchen though. I'm not afraid of them, but one of us was completely freaking out. Maybe it was just our apartment or just the season of them I'm not sure how the were getting inside. When you get there with a car you get a parking space with a specific number, but Italian people are not very good at parking (or just cannot be bothered), so sometimes you just can't fit in the space left if your car is a bit bigger than Smart. So in the end we needed to park in another space and found an angry note on the windscreen the next morning, which is understandable, cause apparently it was someone else's space.
No breakfast possibility. Only Italian croiasants Personal not speaking English only on the reception
Very attractive setting and gardens very friendly staff good bus service
Beds uncomfortable Old fashioned shower
Good swimming pool
Entertainment at night was only in italian
It's a big complex, and we were expecting some big-complex facilities (also given the fact that was one of our most expensive accommodations in 10 days trip through sardinia), but everything was stil pretty basic. The bed was old and worn out, very uncomfortable. The room is basic, although we did have everything in it. According to an Italian law, you must wear a swimming cap if you want to enter the swimming pool (they charge you another 3 euros for one), so the swimming pool, though rather big, was empty and surrounded by 20 sun-bathing people who refused to wear the caps. The beach has nothing special. We tried to not spend too much time on the campus.
Setting of the facilities
No Ac. The room was poor.
The very calm location and sea views. Staff very friendly.
The rooms are in deep need of renovation and (maybe because it's all quite old) they didn't seem very clean. The fan in the kitchen (by the sink) was disgusting!
