Spacious landings and lots of art work on walls. Breakfasts were appalling. One carton of orange juice and little slices of dry toast in packets. Cost £8 for breakfast. The second day I went to the bakers two doors away and bought two lovely croisants for one euro forty. Staff unwelcoming. Rather like Fawlty Towers. Hotel was extremely over-priced - not three star - more like a bed and breakfast without breakfast. I had read the reviews and was prepared in part but frankly this was worse than I expected. Needed to find a hotel though for a conference. |

convenience for the railway station as we had to leave early. It seemed to be the only place in town with any vacancies it was the most expensive accomodation that we stayed in during our time in Italy and Puglia. Of the 5 places we stayed in (one of which was a 5* hotel in Conversano) it was by far the shabbiest. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great being so close to the train station and 10 minutes easy walk to old town Bari, lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Its just a bit overpriced for the room really compared to other places i stayed in Italy but seems cheap for Bari. |

Nothing except it was close to the train station. It can not be classed as a hotel, it should be classed as a hostel or backpackers. My single room was wide enough for a single bed and the door. The light above the bed was so low I could not actaully sit on the bed and watch television. If I moved any further to the left I would have fallen out of the bed.The shower base was useless because the water just seeped under it and flooded the bathroom anyway. The towels offered were like tea towels I would use for dishes. It was the most expensive place I have stayed in in Italy and the worst. I have just spent 38 euros on the best hotel in Bologna and I would recommend that to anyone. |

The staff was excellent. Spoke English, took time to help you find where you wanted to go. Very Friendly. Near the University, and centrally located to main activites. It is an older facility, but representative of an Italian experience. |

the location is ideal in the centre the bathroom was quite small for our room which had 3 adults in it,and the access from ground level was not great. |

Location is very good. close to the train station and shopping area The hotel is not really a 3-star but a pensione.Charge however was of a 3 star hotel. Rooms do not lock well. |

La camera a me assegnata era spaziosa e pulita e mi sono trovata bene, ma con normative un tantino piu severe l'hotel non sarebbe un 3 stelle ma 2. Alla colazione manca il prodotto di forno fresco, non e equo rispetto al costo! |

sehr netter, deutschsprachiger Mitarbeiter, Lage wie gewünscht, 100m vom Bahnhof, sauberes und frisches Bett, alles sauber, kein Dreck oder Schmutz das angebotene Frühstück war ein blätterteig-hörnchen mit nougatfüllung und etwas Zwieback, butter war zwar dabei und konfitüre, aber es war kein Frühstück,Zimmereinrichtung extrem einfach, Beschädigungen an der Einrichtung, Dusche 60cm x 60cm, Preis ist für diesen Standart zu hoch, für 10 bis 15 euro mehr kann ich ein Luxus Hotel mit wesentlich mehr Comfort buchen |

Tessera magnetica finta, ci sono 4 hotel nella stessa palazzina, la colazione e veramente pessima, parcheggio praticamente inesistente, la porta non si apriva bene rimaneva la chiave incastrata!!! |
