Good location in the historic centre, 5 mins walk to the national archaeological museum. Friendly staff; we arrived late and the night porterphoned to find us a good restaurant, a nearby Osteria. The building is quite extraordinary and full of quirky modern art. The little roof garden has a quite magnificent jasmine which spreads its perfume.

Very disappointing. I booked this hitel as I thought it was a bit more upmarket. There were no facilities. They charged extra for coffee at breakfast when we had more than 2 cups. I have never heard of that before in any hotel There was no iron or ironing board in the room and they couldn't provide one. The surrounding area was sordid. Druggies and drunks were in the piazza outside. Buildings were covered in graffiti. Pavements were strewn with rubbish,cigarette butts and dog excrement It's very difficult to get to the hotel by car as the streets are so narrow. The room cost €200 for one night a similar room In a far better hotel on Ischea cost € 100. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Or Naples

Breakfast was a fantastic continental spread. Customer service was great and the Sky TV in English was a nice change.

Thought it was a little over priced for what was included in the rooms. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together.

It is very difficult to find this hotel. Every time when you enter in the hotel you need to ring a door bell, because it is situated in the yard of apartment house. But it is also a plus, because it is safe!

the wi-fi didn't work properly, either in the lobby, either in the room.

When I told reception about our leaking loo, they were on the case quickly. We had clean bed linen twice during our 4 night stay. The location suited us perfectly. We particularly liked the building, appreciated the security entrance & found all the staff friendly & welcoming.

Staff hopeless. Never attended to any concerns. Never fixed TV, safe, lack of hot water, BROWN water. Gave repeated assurances that they would fix everything and did absolutely nothing. Tried to double charge for city tax on check out. Tried to get signature for credit card bill that had been paid for months before. To double charge!

A great hotel room with all the amenities you need. Generous size rooms. Very comfortable bedding.

Very happy with double bedroom on 1st night and 2nd night it was a junior suite. The double room was very good value for money and clean. The junior suite was very disapointing, old worn and definetly not worth the extra money

Quiet and well run.

An oasis in a dirty city. It was a refuge after a busy day. Staff is very good, location is very good, and the breakfast is very good.

WI-fi didn't work most of the time.

Well positioned and nice inner courtyard

Staff were not so helpful and quite distant. My room backed onto an extremely noisy steet with an active bar ... No tea/coffee making facility (strange for a so-called boutique hotel). Very poor breakfast. I did not get any coffee service the first day and on the second the hot breakfast was not renewed and that was at 0930 whilst breakfast is supposed to be available until 1030. No hair conditioner and poor quality towels for the washbasin. No BBC World or CNN available on the TV. I also booked a trip to Pompeii through the hotel. They said it was a full day tour but, in fact, it was not and I found out that the full day trip took in Vesuvius which I would have done if the hotel had bothered to tell me about this possibility.

The junior suite was excellent; quirky and different but very comfortable. The whole place had a lovely and friendly atmosphere.

We drove past the hotel twice as it was set at the back of an arcade, it could be helpful if it was better signposted.

stylish hotel in a good location with a lovely swimming pool

Our room was fine and close to the pool.

Our double room (cost 136 euros) that we booked for our daughters (15 and 17) was given away and they had to take a single room with a camp bed !! There was no apology for this and we weren't told up-front. We asked for a discount and we were given 7 euros !! Other guests had also been complaining in the lobby that the rooms they had booked had also been given away. Customer service was significantly lower than I expected. We will not be going back to this hotel nor recommending it to friends.
