The staff was very helpful especially in giving suggestions for restaurants-one of them recommended the "Bersalgliere" right on the water- it was the best restaurant we ate in in Naples.

Location to the Colluseium and the old ruins... Clean room and good breakfast
There is no slope in case you need assistance for your baby strollers. It was not convenient to pick up the baby strollers up 5 steps but overall things went fine.
The location is great, the staff helpful and pleasant. Comfortable, clean rooms and a great breakfast buffet
Was in town for work and could only work sitting in lobby as internet was only available in the lobby. This impacted my ability to complete work comfortably. Fortunately did not have any large documents to complete otherwise would have had to spend hours in lobby.
Peaceful, city centre location, character of property, roof top terrace, lockable courtyard for car, artistic decor. Good sized rooms.
Very little. It was hard to find as the hotel sign is not very visible and the gates and doors are locked.
Only 15 mins from Naples Airport and good area to walk and shop and eat pizza with good security
Shower didn't work and night time attendant not helpful
Perfect location. Great city. Perfect for museum and travel to historic sites. Good access to the old city area.
Location was perfect. Nice breakfast with great coffee. Beautiful building.
Wi-fi not working in my room. Even phone was tricky as no reception. Entry safe but a bit Fort Knox.
The location was about as good as it gets for central Napoli. The inclusive breakfast was of a good standard. The staff were helpful.
The bathrooms were clean but not exactly ultra-modern. The idea of having a key with a chunky key-ring that you leave at reception when going out at night is more in keeping with old-school B&Bs than a modern European hotel.
Very clean, excellent location, single room good size with large bathroom. Good television channel selection. Good breakfast, friendly staff at breakfast, friendly cleaning staff.
Overcharged on hotel-arranged taxi from airport, quoted €35 charged €40. I found my own taxi on departure and paid €11. On arrival I was left on street outside hotel courtyard with my suitcases and couldn't get into the hotel, eventually buzzed in and had to find my own way to the hotel with suitcases in the dark. Most staff are professional, however one member of staff was always taking personal calls at main reception and did not like being interrupted. To access the pool you must go through main reception as it's in the front garden. My room was near the kitchen so was noisy. Air con leaking, wifi not working in room. I have worked in the hospitality industry so my review may be quite critical, personally I would not return to this hotel but I would not discourage others from staying there as the location is great and the building is very authentic.
quiet oasis in the chaos of Naples, garden, room is fine, reception staff frienldy and helpful, breakfast is nice, car park inside hotel.
Dirt in the streets around the hotel, hotel location, shower with cleanliness issues (black spots)
This hotel has a very beautiful lobby and breakfast area with inspiring artwork and books on photography to browse. Limoncello is on tap in the lobby. The room was very beautiful with unique art prints relating to the history of Naples. The ceilings are tall and the shower was excellent. The roof terrace provides edited views of church domes and varied rooftops, it is an oasis within the dense ancient city of Naples. There is a small curved swimming pool at ground level and the hotel is adjacent to Piazza Bellini which is surrounded by all the hip bars and restaurants. It is less than five minutes walk to the Archaeological Museum of Naples where the treasure of Pompei is housed.
Although difficult to find at first (as it is through a court yard off the main road), it was a lovely, quiet and safe spot in a very busy city. Great location for sight seeing around the 'historic centre' of Naples. An interesting building with a beautiful stained glass facade to the front of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast enjoyed before our departure.
We only stayed one night enroute back to the airport - it was all good during our stay.
Fantastic hotel, great service & one of the best breakfasts we had whilst travelling around Italy. Mike & Ellie
Nice room, clean and comfortable Good breakfast secure parking well placed for the historical quarter
hotel is down a one way street that is only accessed by driving through very narrow, busy streets in the historical quarter. Having to leave car keys at Reception for no good reason (the car was well out of the way). No explanation given. Reception staff not very helpful.
Brilliant location in very buzzing part of town but behind gates and very quiet. Courtyard. Pool. Very stylish hotel. Smart yet relaxed. Lovely reception staff particularly Salvatore and the lovely fair lady who took my payment when we left. Loved it. Had a junior suite. Expensive but perfect.
Wi fi was unreliable quite often. Otherwise this hotel was a delight.
Fantastic location near Piazza Bellini, although difficult to find despite directions. Reception staff very helpful.Room very quiet.
Pool not very clean. Breakfast only average.
Great Location, silent, charming, amazing area. Staff professional, very nice and helpful.
No WIFI in the room The suite with jacuzzi was a bad choice in terms of price/quality. Jacuzzi was not working, walls of the bedroom were dirty. Totally unacceptable for a suite.
We received a bottle of bubbly to congratulate us on our honeymoon and excellent recommendation for a local pizza restaurant.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Our room was very quiet. Very convenient for Naples. Lots of restaurants & bars within 10-15 min walk, and several within 5 mins.
Despite a nearby booster, the Wi-Fi didn't really work in the room.
Peace, and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Naples. Added benefit of having a pool to relax by. Eclectic mix of antique and new furnishings, with quirky modern artwork. Fabulous staff; friendly, helpful, welcoming, particularly the front of house. Definitely recommend, first class.
Perhaps the pool needs a little clean.
The friendly welcome Staff remembered me from my previous stay Quiet location off the street Outdoor space to sit and relax Comfortable bed Wonderful Iinen The slippers
Lack of reliable wi fi in the room
You couldn't have a better location--two blocks from archaeology museum; five or ten minutes walk from all major sites in historic part of city, including the interesting churches. A half hour walk from the harborfront. Also close to several good restaurants. Safe and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff--all speak English. Decent breakfast. Hotel arranged for me to get honest taxi drivers--with fixed prices.
No elevator--I had to walk up to third floor. Wi-fi didn't work in room; had to use computer out on terrace (though terrace is very nice place). Hotel hard to find and access restricted--you have to buzz yourself in from street (but when you see Naples, this can be viewed as an advantage--it's why the hotel is so safe). But none of these problems outweigh the advantages of this hotel--it's a great place to stay in Naples.
I was made to feel very welcome Check out was at a decent time of 12.00 The peaceful location, Lots of outdoor space
There was no kettle to make a hot drink
Salvatora...staff person from 1-7pm Excellent and tried in any way to help. However, he was never able to get the air conditioner fixed and the room was unconfortably hot. If I were grading Salvatora, I'd give in and excellent rating
Advertised as air conditioned..air conditioning was broken and never fixed during our 3 day stay. Two other desk personnel I met (other than Salvador) were not learned enough in English and didn't seem to care. I'd rate them only fair.
The staff were excellent we arrived mid-afternoon on Sunday. Tried to get dinner, but everything closed down at 3:30 -4:00 pm. We had been traveling all day, and the front desk arranged for sandwiches and water for us. Interior is beautiful and outside area by the pool is lovely, although pool couldn't be used. No explanation, just a sign that said pool is not suitable to be used. Lots of leaves/debris on the bottom. Our room was very nice, but the air conditioning unit is located in the bathroom.
There is no sign outside, so at first we thought cab driver had brought us to the wrong place. There are Hugh wrought iron gates on the outside and once we were buzzed in, a very narrow door can be opened, but we had to lift suitcases over the threshold sideways. Then we had to carry everything to the back of the courtyard where there was another locked entrance. This large court yard is shared with an apartment building. Once on hotel property, we were asked if we needed help with our luggage, which seemed a little useless at that point. If you are traveling with heavy bags, have any difficulty lifting or pulling, this place is not for you. Hotel arranged for our taxi in the morning, but no one to help walk us out. Courtyard is all cobblestone, as is the sidewalk outside. Quaint, but not conducive to pulling multiple suitcases out, then wrestling them through the door again. Our experience was also affected by the general state of the surrounding neighborhood. Shocking. Looked like the South Bronx in New York City during the 1970's. Graffiti and garbage everywhere, beautiful buildings and piazza's completely defaced. Thought it was just the area we were staying, but after cab ride in the morning to the airport, saw it everywhere. With the exception of the hotel staff, the people were not very friendly at the few cafes we tried to visit.
Superb breakfasts Staff, some in particular, friendly and helpful way beyond normal expectations. General style and ambience great.
Wifi only available in the lobby ,and not working at all some of the time. Some rooms subject to street noise from street at rear of hotel
