The only good thing here is the staff, despite very little English speaking, yet they really try to do their best. Strange and really old fashioned "design" (is you can speak about any design). Hotel was tried to be kept clean, anyway it did not look so. The worst is however to go outside - the views and surroundings were really disgusting - a nightmare build site right at the entrance + ruined facades and rubbished yards of the housing estates viewed from the balcony. Unfortunately, we were happy to stay there just for one night - staying longer might be disaster. There is of course no single spa or swimming pool there either. The guys there should consider that just a nice staff will not make everything !!

Nice hotel for a short stay, close to historical town of Agrigento and valley of temples. Beach is about 10 min walk, but there isn't much in San Leone itself. Room was good size with clean bathroom and balcony. Staff was very nice, welcomed us with drinks and told us what to visit in local area. Breakfast was also good, so I would recommend that hotel as a good base to explore south west Sicily.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. It is very good value for money. Very close to the magnificent Valle dei Templi and is quite near to some really beautiful countryside. It has also a private car park. This was my second stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

The hotel is very close to agrigento ruins, which it was very nice. Plus, the beach was less than 5 mins drive. They upgrade to family room, which it was very nice of them. Internet connection was really bad, plus, the restaurants food was disappointment. They do give you a lot of food, if you like american style.

Everything was perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the beaches and the city center and it has its own safe private parking. We could get all the information we needed about the attractions of the area from the hotel staff.

We stayed in this hotel - 4 nights. Good location - if you want to visit Agrigento, the Temple Valley and to swim (circa 500m to public beach (big and large). Very, very friendly staff (special thanks). Breakfasts was good. (continental + ham, cheese, fruits, cakes, v.good cappuccino). TV – SKY, with polish –TVP Kultura, TVP Polonia. Rooms large, comfortable; shower with hairdryer, bidet. Only 1 - swimming pool and a parking lot across the street

Good location, 5km from the Valley Temple, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. We got a free upgrade to a suite, 2 rooms just near the pool. Pitty it is too cold on April to swim. We had a wonderfull pizza at Marco Pollo restaurant at the beach.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.Vicino ai luoghi di interesse storico, staff cordiale e gentile.Lontano dal chiasso e posto tranquillo. Nulla da segnalare di negativo,solo una piccola pecca per quello che riguarda I ragazzi dell'animazione.Dovrebbero avere più rispetto nelle ore notturne alle persone che soggiornano nell'albergo.......tiratina di orecchie.

la camera era ampia e comoda ,cosi' pure il parcheggio.Tutti molto gentili e disponibili anche ad organizzare escursioni.Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il contesto intorno non é dei migliori ,in quanto l'albergo è in una zona di abitazioni,ma la cosa,personalmente,non ci ha disturbato affatto!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte di passaggio. Staff molto accogliente. Ci hanno dato un'ottima cartina della zona in omaggio da cui trarre idee per la visita dei dintorni. Camera ampia e colazione più che sufficiente che nel periodo di bel tempo si può consumare in un bel terrazzo all'aperto (magnifico in primavera). La zona di ubicazione dell'hotel non è granché con palazzi vicini di edilizia "arrangiata". Parcheggio privato con accesso controllato. Distanza dal lungomare circa 300 mt.

Simpatia dos proprietários, Parking privado e gratuito Só água fria. A água quente sem pressão, correndo apenas um fio, quase inexistente. Quarto embora grande, nada acolhedor. Estruturalmente antigo de mobilías e aspecto. Localização numa zona muito pouco agradável e feia. Sem saudades
