Location is perfect and the price was really fair .
We had a smaller apt. the water heather was very noisy:) and a very small kitchenette. i know they have better apt. up-stair . I have booked it but for no raisons my booking got cancelled not knowing it . So i lost 1 night payment . I was not happy .
Balcony, comfy bed, secure building, water left in fridge for us, character apartment, OK area.staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in viccolo canal c in travestere.
Long walk into town, no extra pillows, lovely comfy sofa in bedroom downstairs, but only small uncomfy tub chairs in living room? , loud neighbours.
IN THE NEIGBOURHOOD OF TRASTEVERE, ONE CAN ACCESS GREAT EATING PLACES BUT WE FOUND OUR APARTMENT NOT CLOSE TO ANY TRAM, BUS OR METRO STOP, WHICH MAKES IT A BIT DIFFICULT IN A LARGE CITY, WHEN YOUR TIME IS LIMITED. EVEN OUR TAXI DRIVER COULD NOT FIND IT AS THE ALLEY IS SO TINY I DOUBT IT IS DESIGNATED ON ANY GPS.
DRIPPING TAPS, LIGHTS THAT WERE NOT WORKING, AND SOMEBODY ELSES LONG HAIR ON THE BEDDING.
We never had to take a bus or train. We walked every where. Great location. And being by the river gave us our bearings to find home.
The noise outside on the street. But it turned out to also be very comforting we lived in a neighborhood. We adjusted just fine. We lived liked locals.
It was in a great location But the electrical was poor the tv not work and old and tiny x spa bath with no shower and hot and humid in bath and kitchenette with very low ceilings
Convenient location right in the historic centre. "Museum" atmosphere, old building with high ceilings and antique furniture. Building has elevator, which is nice. Many restaurants nearby. Transfer to/from the airport/train station can be arranged at the reasonable price.
Very noisy at night (but this wasn't a surprise taking neighborhood into account). Disadvantages of an old building: bad ventilation, old (same "museum-like") dusty smell in the apartment. Facade is being renovated so there is a chance that you will see constraction staging and mesh instead of street view.
Adequate space, centre of town, accessible to everywhere.
Because this appartment is ground floor and off an ally, it is dank and damp. It had little natural light, and just felt wet. You could open windows to air the place if you didn't mind the strong smell of urine in the ally. The main bathroom is downstairs below street level and very dank. The whole place was full of little flies who liked the wet. There is no courtyard or anywhere to sit for relief so we just stayed out as long as we could. I'm sure other apartments with this company might be nicer but don't take this one.
1. Spacious and homely very central location . 2. Ample cleaning liquids were in store and close by to a carrefour 3.Lovely restaurants nearby 4. We arranged for the keys to be delivered to airport with a taxi to airport - very convenient and the guys was there right on time 5. 7- 10 Euros of taxi fares to all main attractions .
1. The bathroom did not have a shower cubicle and the bathroom itself got really wet when having a bath
Location+++ large room and bathroom, good beds.
Kitchen poorly equipped, noisy street.
Trastevere is an excellent location in the old part of Rome where the tiny alley ways and cobbled streets give so much character. This apartment had its own private terrace overlooking the river tiber and was close to a lot of restaurants, piazza's, taxi ranks (very important!), churches and the hop on/hop off boat. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had all amenities we needed.
Two flights of very steep stairs up to the apartment, which I don't believe was mentioned in the write up.
We were my 21 year old daughter and me. Only good things to say. The location is perfect ! The farest site is only 30 mint. walk, so we did not ride a bus or the metro even once. The appartment is exactly as shown in the preview pictures when booking. Well kept and clean. As usually I do not sleep well outside - the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attending - answering emails, helping with delayed luggage and any other question we had - Thank you Daniela Pallini :) Next time in Italy - I will probably look for their accomodations again.
Everything was be all right
In apartment Vicole del Canale doesn't work phone, not line.
Sympathetic contact, good location close to the river and cozy restaurants, not far from the sights, very good overall value
Some items are missing in the kitchen, early checkout
Beds were terrible
Great location Well appointed apartments Very easy to get around Great walking distance to many attractions the upstairs one bedroom apartment was great & beautifully decorated
Too noisy especially the front bedroom of the two bedroom apartment on ground level - I definitely wouldn't recommend this apartment or book this one again but I would book other apartments in this residence just not the front ground two bedroom one - entrance from the side alley was very smelly and uninviting due to homeless people living right outside the door in the alley - the car and street noise was very loud and we couldn't sleep very well
Very clean A real apartment Very close to Colosseum and the center Close to the river
Located in a area with no supermarkets Check-in happens in a completely different place. Not close to metro or train. Stairs in the apartment are very steep. Beware if you have children or are elderly.
closeness to the center of ROME
moisture smell on the walls/cabinet..
Beautiful location, people serenading the restaurants at night where you can peek through your living room window. Owner was helpful and organized a taxi for us to pick us up from train station, however the taxi didn't come to pick us up to take us to the Airport as promised!
Beds too hard, no air conditioning
very conveniently located
kind of basic confort; smelly; it is on a dirty dead-end
Location is excellent and also gives a good feeling inside the apartment.
The toilet is only one , it becomes difficult with four people to stay with one toilet .
The apartment was in a great location, close to all amenities but still quiet to get a good rest. The apartment was spacious, very cute. The staff was helpful and considerate. We went for our honeymoon and they had red roses waiting on the table with a card. They helped us arrange reliable transportation to the apartment as well.
I liked everything about our apartment. The location was excellent.
There was nothing I didn't like
The location is as good as it gets. 5-10 minutes walking distance from all major Rome sights. The check in was seamless, staff was very friendly. The apartment is well stocked and comfortable.
The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged from the day we got in. Had to use the bath tub even to wash hands. At nights the traffic noise from the street is too loud to sleep with, earplugs are a must.
location (15 mins walk from Vatican) reasonably quiet excellent restaurants very close close to bus stop English speaking, knowledgable staff in the office and they let us dump luggage after check-out on last day ps Anna Lorenz, your employee, is my daughter (although I booked independently) and my companion was my son, her brother The owner said she was very impressed by the number of bookings she got through your organisation which justified your price
This is a review for Monte Brianzo 58 location: +Early check in might be possible so ask in case you are arriving early. +Walking distance to pretty much everywhere (Termini, Colosseum, Trastevere, Vatican). +Located in historic renaissance centre. +Spacious. +Wi-Fi works fine.
-Bed not that good for sleeping. -The whole house seems to be shaking as buses run by the street in front.
