Kitchen not well equipped...

We arrived there very late (11pm), and forgot to call the place and notify them. We were very worried about unable to check in that night. But fortunately, they left the keys and instruction for us at the door. The cottage was super nice, with a pravite pool and garden. We really wished we could have stayed there longer.

We were spending 4 nights there and made day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca and Firenze. This is the perfect location, near to everywhere, very, very nice landscape, professional, very friendly and supportive staff. Beautiful BIG rooms and perfect for family with kids.

Location -close to the city yet by the country side. The drive is about 20mins up the mountain - a very mountaineous but beautiful drive. I do believe its the closest farm area (Impruneta) to Florence. The view from the room was amazing - see my pictures. We stayed there for 4 nights and we loved it. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Managed to make a full on Tuscany dinner with salt and Olive oil and rosemary from the garden. There's even a sand pit that kept my kids occupied. The reception lady has a map of the surroundings highlights so driving around to get the basic gets so much easier.

TV could have been better. The only English stuff on TV was the news from CNN, BBC, Al J,..etc. Would have been nice to include some stuff for the kids and sports.

We loved the views and the apartment we stayed in was so cozy!

Paying for wifi

Very nice view and setting. Must drive to the hotel. But should leave your car and take the bus to Florence. Bus stop just nearby the hotel.

Excellent accommodation with friendly, helpful reception staff, near the centre of the town, within an easy walk to local restaurants. Bus stop to Florence just 100 meters from accommodation and return tickets for approx 5 Euros. Bus tickets available from reception. Ideal if you want to be in the country but within half an hour's bus trip to central Florence. Bus costs are cheaper that car parking in Florence and relax and let the bus driver take the strain.

We had a beautiful 2 days at Country Relais and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was excellent. Freindly and helpful. The views were lovely and we had the pool to ourselves. We stayed here our first 2 days in italy and it was great to just relax and recoup from the plane ride. We loved Impruneta and had the best pizza of our trip at the little pixxeria in town.

Staff were very friendly, the facilities were excellent and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a relaxing break. Some fine restaurants within walking distance. All in all excellent

Nice location, great restaurants 300 m from the vila, big rooms, great pool.

The airco from the bedrooms is very noisy ( hardly to sleep if the airco is on) and no air condition in the living room. Also, hard to find the location ( even with teh gps).

Good location, close to Florence.

We thank you for the hospitality and support during our visit. It was great holidays and we really had a good rest. We wish to come back one day.

Lage/Aussicht/Einrichtungsstil

Je connaissais déjà (il y a 10 ans) et depuis cette époque j'ai retrouvé le même établissement. Le personnel est gentil et le panorama est splendide.

Il pleuvait. Le chemin d'accès est un bourbier, une partie n'est sans doute pas dans la propriété de l'établissement mais une partie l'est. Le ménage quotidien laisse à désirer. Les prises électriques ne sont pas compatibles avec les prises françaises ce qui implique un adaptateur. Il n'y en avait qu'un pour toute la maison.

Posizione fantastica .... 10 km da firenze...osterie fantastiche ......prodotti esclusivi in tutti I campi....tanti posti da vedere ....

La struttura gode di un bellissimo panorama sul Chianti, ma la segnaletica per raggiungere il Relais è del tutto inadeguata.

Tutto all'apparenza farebbe pensare ad un soggiorno in pieno relax, ma cosi non è!!!! Le stanze, che in realtà sono mini appartamenti, sono ricavate da un vecchio casale e disposte un poco alla rinfusa. Quindi I bagni sono comunicanti con le camere da letto e non insonorizzati. Se I vicini sono rumorosi o con bambini, dimenticate di riposare fin quando tutti andranno a letto. Infine, la colazione servita solo dalle 08,00 è una assurdità, e nonostante il personale molto disponibile non merita assolutamente I 12 euro richiesti.

Confortevole buona posizione, vicino a tutto e molto tranquillo. Torneremo con nostra figlia piccola per goderci anche la piscina

Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare il ristorante all'interno della struttura.

Ambiente Calore

Excelente apartamento, muito espaçoso e com decoração típica da Toscana.A gentileza e educação das funcionárias da recepção. A localização é ótima para quem vai explorar as pequenas cidades da Toscana e para quem vai a Florença existe um ônibus que para na porta do hotel.

Strategicamente posizionato per visitare Firenze ,la zona del Chianti e le principali città della Toscana.Vecchio borgo in campagna ristrutturato nel quale sono stati ricavati una decina di appartamentini spaziosi,ben arredati con angolo cottura fornito di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare.A Circa 15 km.da Firenze e circa 5 km. Dal casello di Firenze Impruneta.Molto molto bello, da consigliare.

Piccolissimo appunto la televisione aveva un decoder difficile da utilizzare
