The Breakfast & one staff member in the restaurant saved this hotel. The Maitre'D the evening we arrived and went to eat, was superb and the restaurant itself and the breakfast were very good indeed. No Wi-Fi connection in the room at all and when we complained, they were hardly helpful - the fact that we were leaving the following morning diminished any sense of 'urgency' as it was obvious they could not fix the wi-fi problem in the room before we left. The room had no courtesy water bottle in the room and the bathroom was hardly 'nice' - lots of 'black marks' on the grouting around the bath. |

close to Rome airport Staff was not terribly friendly or helpful; booking was deceptive promising shuttle service to airport but in fact that cost extra in spite of very high room rates. The hotel shoul include the pickup and delivery to the airport. |

The close proximity to the airport and an easy walking distance to that part of the town and the beach area. Not much to do though other than go to the beach, if you don't have a vehicle. We did not experience any of the dislikes I read about in the other reviews. |

Nice rooms and breakfast First we got a room next to restaurant (Lots of noise and smell..) when we asked to change the room we got the one next to the entrance where we could hear everyone at the lobby and reception.. Poor noise isolation. |

The shower worked well. It was way overpriced for what it was. The restaurant food was especially expensive and only mediocre. The people spoke little English, so communication was almost impossible. |

it would have been nice to know the schedule of the hotel shuttle.....the shuttle does not run between 12 and 4 pm so I had to wait quite a while. i also was under the impression that the shuttle was included, not an additional charge each way |

When we got there we had to wait for 2 hours at the front desk because they couldn't find the reservation. and even though we presented a card to let us in our room, as we were tired after 30 hours of travelling she still wouldn't!!!!! these things are just not done!! they had other rooms available. |

Rooms very inviting, clean and less "european" more modern than other hotels we stayed. Dining was a problem. There were not enough staff to get a seat in the dining room, despite the dining room having space available. Wait was extreme. There are no cabs, so doing something in this area is a problem for transportation. |

location Way too costly for Courtyard; also they charged 6 euros per person each way for airport pick up and drop off on top of a nightly room bringing cost for 2 people to $350/night! |

The ease of getting to an early morning flight at the airport. We had a very difficult time finding it from the A1. The desk clerk was not sufficiently helpful when I called to say we were lost. At dinner, there were several different menus - we ordered from one but would have preferred choices from the other menu if we'd known about it. We found the bed mattress and pillows to be less than comfortable. |

Very comfortable beds, pillows and covers Thought it unreasonable to charge for airport shuttle. I had booked this hotel on the understanding that shuttle was included in room charge. My mistake. |

The bed I had was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. It was convinient for a one night stay being so close to the airport and the bus service into Rome was useful. It was great having a supplied breakfast even though the food wasn't the greatest. The fee for the bus was a bit expensive and not enough ran from the airport to the hotel which forced us to catch a cab. We ordered room service that night as we couldn't get a seat in the restuarant and it was obviously packeted food at a ridiculous price. |

Liked the Bar and the adjacent snacks provided. The Breakfast was a little rushed due to the departure of the first shuttle. Yes. As mentioned previously - the Hotel is trying to double charge us - I paid cash and have receipt and the shuttle driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal. |
