The convenience to the airport Staff were very unaccommodating and unfriendly. No assistance offered to get our bags to our room and in fact we had to find our own trolley and get them into the lift which was very difficult because it did not come all the way down forcing us to lift the trolley with our bags on into the lift. Signs of mold in the shower. Beds were hard. 2 small salads, a beer and coffee was almost $60. We asked if we could just have a cup of coffee before leaving for the airport and were told that we could not without paying for a full breakfast which we did not have time for. Charge to and from the airport was 6 euros per person which was disgraceful for the distance it was - and even then we were taken to the wrong terminal and had to run for another shuttle to get us to the right one. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

We just needed an over night stop and it was perfect for that and a good price. I would have liked more information beforehand about catching your shuttle. We looked a long time to find it from the airport and it should be free.

Its handy location near the Airport. We were leaving Rome the next day and wanted a trouble free departure.. Lack of Tea or coffee Making facilities. Have no problem with no Mini Bar supplies but a jug to boil water and some tea and coffee(and some milk!) would have been appreciated

The whole experience was terrible- the wall paper is peeling off the walls, the sheets are scratchy and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. We made the reservation to have easy access to the airport but the hotel shuttle does not start until 5:50 and costs 6 euros a person. We had to take a cab for an earlier flight and it was 20 euros.

Not much Hotel is not visitor friendly!. Internet access is a paid service that can not be activated from one's room - you have to make a special trip down to the front desk and wait in the service line to get a internet access ID and password. They would not give this information over the phone nor deliver it to the room. The restaurant allows customers to disturb other customers with loud and long cell phone conversations and ignored complaints about this kind of intrusion. The iron in the room leaked water and I could not press the clothes that I wanted to wear for the trip home - did not have time to request a replacement. I asked the front desk to speak to the manager and was immediately advised that the manager was unavailable; they instead insisted that I tell them what the problem was and then they just argued rudely rather that taking the information to be passed onto the manager

Location is very close to the airport. I was connecting in Rome so I decided that this was my best option, but unfortunately it wasn'T. Rooms and Bathrooms are nice and big. Hotel staff were extremely rude to me upon my check in. I have never been through such a hotel stay experience. The staff were very unfriendly and gave me a bad vibe. It is not what you would expect from staff of the international Marriott chain. Also, I have requested for a single room and was given a really bad 2 bed. The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment too. The furniture is really old and the tv is from the 90s. Also the channels were mostly Italian with a couple of English news channels. I highly don't recommend anyone to stay in it.

Close to airport and train station in airport. Shuttle bus pick-up free from airport, but charge 6 euro per person for short trip back to airport. Complete power outage at hotel and emergency lights in room failed after several minutes. Outage expected to last about 15 minutes but lasted over 2 hours which included not having any water. We didn't know if it would affect our early morning departure, so planned to leave earlier. Power outages apparently not uncommon.

the bed is comfortable i waited for 50 mins to get on the shuttle bus from airport to hotel. on the time table they said they had bus at 15:20, but when i arrived there was 15:10 but no bus came until 15:20. I called hotel twice to tell them about this situation, They promised at 16:00 they would have the shuttle bus but the bus came until 4:10. Really poor service! Never come to that hotel!I can't believe this hotel belongs to Marriott!!!

The fact that your Airport Shuttle stops service at 10pm. Given your airport location, I think it is essential that the service is offered 24/7. Also, the fact that a shuttle service has to be paid separately and is not included in the main room price is also a big let down, since most hotels offer it as a complimentary service.

Well honestly the only good thing was the breakfast selection. Other than than nothing. It is very expensive price to get nothing in return. The hotel is very old and very poor looking. My wife and me choosed this hotel to be close to the airport, however it was a bit far away and staff can not speak english, although it is an airport hotel which mostly travlers are staying there.

The hotel does not have a shuttle service after 10 pm... Leaving guests totally abandoned at the airport, and subject to taxi drivers that would charge you 30 euros (50 usd) for a 3 minutes ride!!!

Close to the Airport wee took a flight the next morning for Toronto coming from La Mezia the food at the Glass restaurant was good the server was very nice wee had a nice conversation !

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to print our airline tickets on the hotel computer. The airport shuttle was convenient and reasonably priced. The room was clean.The fish restaurant just across the street was also excellent. The room was a little too warm even though the heat was turned off.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Windows in the bedroom were locked and we could not get fresh air. We are not very keen on a totally air conditioned room, and like to open the windows. We did not complain about it because we were only there for one night so we let it go.
