The convenience to the airport Staff were very unaccommodating and unfriendly. No assistance offered to get our bags to our room and in fact we had to find our own trolley and get them into the lift which was very difficult because it did not come all the way down forcing us to lift the trolley with our bags on into the lift. Signs of mold in the shower. Beds were hard. 2 small salads, a beer and coffee was almost $60. We asked if we could just have a cup of coffee before leaving for the airport and were told that we could not without paying for a full breakfast which we did not have time for. Charge to and from the airport was 6 euros per person which was disgraceful for the distance it was - and even then we were taken to the wrong terminal and had to run for another shuttle to get us to the right one. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The layout of the room with 2 arm chairs plus the king bed was nice. Clean, non-smoking environment I was disappointed for the "Marriot" chain. We were put in an end of hall room on a conference room floor (worst room in the hotel?) and at 10 pm realized we had no hot water. I don't know if this had to do with the fact that we booked through booking.com but the hotel was certainly not full. I will address the other 4 issues we had with the room directly to the hotel.

The diningr0om staff was excellent. They were cheerful, attentive , helpful and pleasant. The room was shabby. The wallpaper was ripped and there were significant dirty spots on the wall. Also there was only a shower in the bathroom (no bathtub).

Just basic Felt that the hotel was looking a bit tired. major issue when booking in, told our room was 335, went up and keys did not work. went down and had the keys reprogrammed went back to room. got into room, noticed a jacket on a chair, thought it was left behind then noticed a suitcase, we had been given someone else's room. i would not be happy if that was my room, rang reception and they told us to come back down instead of them trying to be hospitable and provide customer service and they helping us after we had a very long day. we went back down and then told that the girl had written down the wrong room number and proceeded to give us the wrong keys back again. internet pass word and username was incorrect. overall very unhappy with the reception and service. would not stay there again

I found the staff very accomodating. My room was very clean and quite surprising, not noisy considering the proximity to Fumicino Airport. Pool area was gorgeous, unfortunately, the pool was not as yet ready for use. Too early in the season. I found the shuttle to the airport very convenient. I inadvertently forgot my cell phone in the hotel. I have been advised it has been found and the Marriott is taking steps to mail it to my family in Bracciano, Rome. I believe that is excellent customer service. I would definitely, stay at this hotel on my next visit to Rome. Thank you.

Price was ok for the location. Transportation from the airport Better directions to get to shuttle would have been nice. No cabs were willing to take us to the hotel. all said take shuttle but took us 1.5 hours to find

The Bartender and food. I have never experienced such poor service and shockingly bad attitudes as I did at this Courtyard property. Shame on you Marriott!!! It will be a long time before I choose a Mariott Courtyard again.

I spent 3 nights at the Courtyard Marriott Rome Airport Hotel. We needed to be near the airport as we were leaving at different times and also needed to pick up a car there. The last night the staff remembered me - specially one waiter - from 8 days before. The standard of attention was good and the shuttle was used by me 6 times. Internet access - reading room. Clean and large bedrooms. Good Menu. Staff looked after us well.

This hotel is close to the fiumcino airport, it's very convenience. The bus sent to an airport was useful. The room was clean and was prepared exactly. It was delicious although I ate seafood spaghetti at the restaurant. It was regrettable that the bar was the first floor. However, the atmosphere of the bar was good. The sofa of the bar was comfortable.

Convenient - close to Rome airport. Good restaurant. Free parking. Need proper ramps to carry luggage up to elevator level which is 3 steps up from reception. Need to explain more edequately how the car park disk system works.

The only reason I selected this hotel was proximate to the Rome airport and had a shuttle service, however unlike our hotel free shuttle services we had to pay 20 Euros for a five minute drive to the airport. Could have stayed in Rome.

Close enough to airport Separate charges for shuttle. Limited wifi access. Cash only 4euro city tax which did not appear on receipt. Scam? Surly desk reception. Shuttle ran only to 10 pm, requiring taxi ride at 10:30. No signage at airport directing to shuttle.
