Czysty, dobry hotel blisko lotniska, niezly i tani dojazd do Rzymu (z pod hotelu autobus do stacji Parco Leonardo (7min), dalej kolej 40min /2,6EUR - tam również spore centrum handlowe), duzy basen z ładnym ogrodem, miła obsługa. Codziennie to samo jedzenie.. po 3 dniach robi się nudne ;) |

Only reason we booked here was the fact that it was close to the airport. However, didn't expect to pay $7 euro per person for airport transfers from the hotel, would have thought hotel of this name would have this as a free service. |

Rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. Restaurant and bar were well appointed and staffed. I was quite surprised! |

The room was charming and clean and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was abundant with a wide variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. Everything was fresh and well prepared, as well as nicely presented. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond when asked any question. While the room was lovely, there was only one window which was appropriately coverd up with drapery as it overlooked a back walk-way with no view. I'm not sure the wildow would have opened. The price seemed high, but everything in Rome was overpriced. |

when we open the heat:- in the room it didn't work and in the bathroom the towel rack thats work on hot water made a terrible noise and did'nt heat.when we complained they send someone to repair it but after an hour he told us they knows that that floor has a problem with the heat. It was 2 p.m. at night and we had to wake up to catch the flight at 6 p.m. (we came to spend only that night in the hotel). We did'nt sleep at all that night- because of the noise and the cold!!!!! |

It was convenient to the airport. Desk staff was generally helpful, with exceptions indicated below. One of the computers wasn't working. The desk clerk gave preferential treatment in access to a man who had come to him after I did and wanted to use the in house computer rather than his notebook model. The breakfast to go that was ordered for our 4:15 departure was not provided. Cab fare to the airport that I thought was 15 Euros was charged as 20. |

Excellent staqff and clean facility with good retaurant. Transportation good. No. It would have been a help to have directions from the airpoirt to the shuttle. Thye signs left much to be desired and there was enough walking without adding to it by misdirections. |

the bed was very comfortable I had a problem with my account. the credit card that i had given them at the time of the booking, and i am not sure if it was given to you, Booking.com. At anyrate, when i paid the bill, i used cash that i had in my wallet (last stop in Italy) and used a debit visa card for the balance. I have the receipts etc. at the time of admission, i explained that we did not want the credit card they had on file to be used. Once home, we found that the hotel has debited our credit card for the amount that we have already paid. this is a hassle, as we now have to make arrangments for the bank to overturn this transaction, and its a difficulty that i would rather not go through, consideriing i am slightly jet lagged. |

Nice breakfast. Quiet room. Disliked having to lift heavy luggage up several steps to get from check in desk to elevators. At least there were ramps for the stairs in the upstairs hallways. |

actually, nothing restaurant was expensive and the food was certianly not that good. The price for the shuttle service was a bit much. The cost of the internet use was a bit much. Everything was nickle and dimed. The bed pillows smelled old and the bed was much too hard. I was very dissapointed in the Marriott Company. Not a hotel I will ever return to. |

It was a quick trip to the airport from the hotel. It also had a good breakfast. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke; going from the check-in desk to the elevator required moving luggage up several stairs - there were no ramps; the shuttle to the airport was 6 euros per person and didn't run during two of the times we needed to be transported; with no shuttles, we had to pay 16 euros to travel the five minutes to the airport by taxis (apparently it is a fixed rate for the short distance) - that is quite expensive for something booked as an airport hotel; the exercise room had several pieces of equipment that didn't work and the televisions were not accessible for a short person; |

The bathroom was spacious, as was the bed. I choose this hotel since I had to leave early for the airport. The view from the romm over the parking was rather distressing. |

i liked the proximity to the airport and the aviaibility of trasnporation to the city center pool was not openthe shuttle to the airport did not begin to run until 6:50 am and many of us have flights as early as 6am so we had to take a cab which was much more expensive and the reason we stayed at the hotel was to be able to get a shuttle to the airport |

i find the shuttle buses to and from the airport always interesting. this is one of the main reasons for booking Marriott, apart from the fact that you know that you will get a good hotel we were not allowed to swim anymore, whereas it was excellent weather in Rome |
