10点左右 这个问题就是 我要说的 坐他们的车去飞机场要付钱给他们的 这个有点不懂了 因为那里有很多酒店都是免费接送客户到飞机场的。。这个酒店就没有这样的服务 这个酒店最好的就是他们的服务员非常好。。。会说一点中文 牛吧 哈哈。。。。。。。。。 |

actually, nothing restaurant was expensive and the food was certianly not that good. The price for the shuttle service was a bit much. The cost of the internet use was a bit much. Everything was nickle and dimed. The bed pillows smelled old and the bed was much too hard. I was very dissapointed in the Marriott Company. Not a hotel I will ever return to. |

It was a quick trip to the airport from the hotel. It also had a good breakfast. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke; going from the check-in desk to the elevator required moving luggage up several stairs - there were no ramps; the shuttle to the airport was 6 euros per person and didn't run during two of the times we needed to be transported; with no shuttles, we had to pay 16 euros to travel the five minutes to the airport by taxis (apparently it is a fixed rate for the short distance) - that is quite expensive for something booked as an airport hotel; the exercise room had several pieces of equipment that didn't work and the televisions were not accessible for a short person; |

The bathroom was spacious, as was the bed. I choose this hotel since I had to leave early for the airport. The view from the romm over the parking was rather distressing. |

i liked the proximity to the airport and the aviaibility of trasnporation to the city center pool was not openthe shuttle to the airport did not begin to run until 6:50 am and many of us have flights as early as 6am so we had to take a cab which was much more expensive and the reason we stayed at the hotel was to be able to get a shuttle to the airport |

i find the shuttle buses to and from the airport always interesting. this is one of the main reasons for booking Marriott, apart from the fact that you know that you will get a good hotel we were not allowed to swim anymore, whereas it was excellent weather in Rome |

bed was nice, room service good, bathroom large and nicely laid out when I checked into the hotel, I was given a key card for my room. When I entered my room, I did not see another key card slot. I tried to turn on all the lights in the room but none would go on. Reason: the key card inside the room was empty. I tried to call the front desk but because the room was dark, I didn't know what extension to use (I tried a "0" but it was a "9". Anyway, when I went to the front desk, a nice porter took me back to my room (helped me with my luggage) and explained the key card process. I've stayed at other Courtyard Marriott's and don't remember having to use a key card inside the room. I think it would be helpful for the front desk to let folks know they need to use a key card inside the room. |

The hotel was close to the airport. The staff was unable to help with the use of the phone, the phone in the room did bot provide enough information to make international calls. I had to use the Internet to make contact. |

Cleanliness of the room was very good and general apearance of hotel is OK. Receptionist not answering phone for prolonged time during several atempts. Receptionist not being polite and unwilling to provide information via phone to the room but insisted on me coming down to reception. |

Staff was very efficient, good facilities, room was good. There are three steps between the reception and the lifts which makes it very hard work to get the suitcases to the lifts, and are an obstacle to pushchairs and to anyone with any mobility issues. There should be a much easier access. Next door there was a child screaming for hours, and none could do anything because it was 'a child'. It made our already early morning departure an absolute pain. |

The room was clean and it was close to the airport. The hotel was difficult to find. Our gps and directions from the internet were not helpful in finding the hotel. We spent an hour going around in a circle in our car trying to find the hotel. My advice.... Before you stay at any hotel near the airport.....get very detailed directions before you go! |

My stay was just overnight, was not able to use facilities because of a 10pm check in. Because of a very late check in I had to order room service and the food was not all that great, maybe because they were to close in 15 min. |
