Close to the airport. Nice,clean and comfortable rooms.Free airport shuttle.

Just 20 channels of TV. Just one music cahnnel which never plays music. Hard to find a place to eat in middle of the day. Not a smiley service in the restaurant.No terrace area for a sun bath.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to Marco Polo Airport and offers a free shuttle between the airport and the hotel. It is very convenient for early morning departures.

I was told at check-in that I owed a higher rate than the one I was given when I booked with booking.com. Luckily, I had the original printout showing the rate I had booked. The original rate was eventually accepted.

Room interior very chic and mondern Cleaness for the room was excellant.

When I was arrived by the taxi there was no body standby at the door, no body assistant me to carry my luggage. I know that you are economy hotel but atleast staff should having service mild, when I'm infront of reception there was 3 staff at the counter but no any staff greeting or asking assistant to me, everybody just look at the monitor and talking to each other, this is was unexpectable! I need to asked them to get my room it's like I was disturbed the staff.

Half a mile from the airprt. Perfect for getting into centre of Venice. Bus stop across the road takes you right in for 2.50 euros then you can get a water bus to St Marks square for 7 euros return. Ideal.

Very comfortable rooms and frequent free shuttle to nearby Venice airport. Accessible to old town of Venice by bus which stops in front of hotel (about 35 mins), or 40 Euro cab ride. Great for early flight out. Enjoyable lounge with snacks and small but good restaurant.

Charging a fee for WI-FI seems to only be found in US brand hotels in Europe. Go figure. They should stop this penny-pinching.

The free shuttle to the airport. However they don't adhere to a schedule.

Cost of internet. You can purchase a package for different times but once logged in you can't log out and in again and must purchace anoer package. Also breakfast is not included in the room rate as it has been in all the other facilities we have stayed at.

The free bus shuttle was hard to find at airport so had to get a taxi a better discription of pick up point needs to be published with timetable

After charging $180 per night do they really need to charge for wifi? Every other hotel on our trip had it free. And $15 for breakfast? Really?

Impersonal and inefficient The booking was confused & a "no show" fee was erroneously charged Subsequently reversed after much persistence

everything was better than expected...the staff were so helpful... the air conditioning was really cold and operated individually :) easy access to both venice and the airport...overall a wonderful end to our tour through italy!

This hotel was an oasis for us. Europeans and Americans have different ideas of hotel leisure. It was a pleasure to get back to a lovely, clean, "American" hotel after 2 weeks in Europe. It is literally 5 minutes on a free shuttle to the airport. That was wonderful. I recommend it highly!

Air conditioning controlled by front desk. Need to let guest handle that.

The staff were extremely helpful, the hotel was very clean, location was great as we stayed here the night of arrival and then caught the bus into Venice, the bus top was directly across the road.
