1.Vicinity to airport and Venice. 2. Excellent breakfast.
1.Too little and difficulty with parking. 2. Quite expensive with poor gym.
Location. Room quality was very good. Staff were friendly and efficient. Shuttle to airport. Restaurant was good.
A bit pricey.
Nice design, close to airport, nice restaurant, quiet, comfortable rooms.
The desk staff was helpful in organizing transportation and identifying the priority sights to see during my short break in Venice.
Has shuttle bus every hour starting at 5 am to airport. Great for early flights from Marco Polo. Adequate clean hotel with restaurant and bar.
The person named Mitchelle (I think) at the reception was just great and helped in so many small ways...
next to the airport
It was a very nice stay. The eating establishments were very good. The location to venice (island was a 15 minute bus ride).
The staff should advise the guests the tickets for the bus ride to venice are purchased at the hotel. They should also advise the guest as what to do with the ticket when they enter the bus.
The proximity to the airport in case your trip begins very early in the morning, you are practically already there, the hotel shuttle provides the service, complimentary. In case you are visiting Venice for just one day and depart to other destination is ok, too. There is a vaporetto it and a bus taking you to Venice city centre.Good restaurant.
The fact that it's next to airport is the only reason we booked it. To be honest shouldn't have bothered.
Gave us one bottle of water for two people. No wifi Polystyrene cups for coffee Very dark rooms Hard to find shuttle bus and no definite pick up point. In a very quiet dead end area Restaurant very expensive.
Staff was amazing and extremely helpful
Not many places to eat around there, area is very secluded but 2 minutes away from airport so very convenient
Rooms good bed very comfortable
Breakfast very expensive so walked 2 mins down the road.
Since I had an early flight I chose this hotel for its name and location. 5am shuttle worked well. Rooms was modern and comfortable.
The restaurant staff was rude and our room smelled of smoke!
Perfect location, very efficient
The coffee maker in the room The bar/restaurant The salad bar The courtesy van to the airport
Too far from malls for last minute shopping--$75 Euro roundtrip!!!
complicated lighting, modernity
beds were wonderful and very nice room. and cafe was good. airport 5 min drive
The dining room was surprisingly good. Dinner was equal to a fine restaurant. Convenience to the airport, which is why we stayed there, could not be better; two minutes by car, or walkable in perhaps 15 minutes.
A small issue: w2hen using the shower I first thought that they had finaky figured out the nuances of Italian design of a half-enclosed shower stall; that is, how to place the water controls so the water can be adjusted without scalding or soaking oneself; how not to leak all over the bathroom. But then, the shower hose was like wrestling with a cobra. The head wanted to turn in one direction -- toward the wall. The slippery metallic covering on the hose resisted a firm grip. Such a tiny design detail that had gone wrong.
Staff hospitality is good, near to airport and bus stop.
Buying internet,it should be complementary.
This is your typical airport Hotel, very nice, good people, right outside the airport.
Internet was available for free only in the lobby, in your room you had to pay. Breakfast for 15 Euro is way too much.
right near the airport
no convenient store close by hardly any English TV channels
Reception staff were very good and knowledgeable
The staff were warm and welcoming, everyone we dealt with at check-in and check-out were very helpful. There is a fixed schedule for pick-up and delivery to airport. The shuttle driver was very pleasant. We arrived just after a bus load of cruise passengers so we had to wait in line for about an hour to get checked in. This was not an issue for us at all as we had arrived well before check-in, and could have just as easily gone into the restaurant or enjoyed a refreshment in the comfortable reception area. The staff were very patient and friendly with everyone. And apologized for our wait. They found a room for us earlier than check-in time which we really appreciated. Thank you Tania!! We booked the hotel at the end of our 2 weeks in another part of Italy, and were flying out the next day. We had the afternoon free so took their free shuttle to the airport, which is only 5 minutes away, and took a boat direct from the airport to Murano. (They offer a complimentary boat tour to the glass factory on Murano but we chose to pay and go on our own as we wanted the flexibility to wander around on our own schedule.) If we had more time we could have gone to Burano and Torcello as well. Instead of taking the shuttle back from the airport, we walked, it took about 12 minutes and easy to do without luggage. There is also a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel which will take you into Venice. We did not have the breakfast buffet at the hotel, instead went into the restaurant where you can get coffee and a pastry. The hotel was super convenient for us. Our thanks to the staff for making our stay enjoyable.
You have to pay for wifi in your room. (It is free in lobby area though.) We had trouble finding where to pick up the shuttle at the airport, there was no signage at the airport.
The staff were very good to us and helped with cheep bus passes plus helpful information.
