Vi behövde ett hotell så nära flygplatsen som möjligt för att hinna med ett tidigt flyg. Shuttle bus 3-5 min till flygplatsen och frukost kl 5 på morgonen är bra |

I liked the location and the breakfast: room temperature and not experienced people at the reception are an open question whether the hotel should actually be a 3 star hotel rather than 4. |

business only confirmed with hotel shuttle pickup services, Only to find that no shuttle bus turn up at airport had to get a taxi 2miles to hotel cost $20 Got to hotel shuttle bus parked up in carpark and staff was not intersted about shuttle not being available |

I liked the hotel for it's modern clean appearance and friendy staff I didn't appreciate that you had to pay for your breakfast, as the rest of the hotels I stayed at it was included. |

We booked this hotel because we had an early flight and did not want the hassle of arranging our own transportation. We got that, but I was not happy at the cost of this hotel. As there is not much to choose from at the airport, I guess we got what we pay for. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful, especially when I needed help with printing something at the computer. I would have rated the staff as excellent, but a staff member in the bar was rude. There is a bar menu, and when I asked what the menu of the day was(as listed in the bar menu) I was told this was a bar, if I wanted food I should go to the restaurant! So I took my business elsewhere and we ate at Crazy Pizza, just down the road. |

The convenience of the location to the airport and the shuttle service to the airport. The only food available within walking distance was at the hotel and it was excessively expensive. Most hotels in Europe provide breakfast with stay. This one was 13 euros/person. Dinner options were not much better. |

We selected this hotel because of its proximity to the Venice Marco Polo Airport our last night in Europe; we had a 6:55am flight to the United States. Our room was well appointed and as close to U.S. "standards" as one could hope. What a pleasure it was to shower in the large bathroom after a day on the road. We relaxed in the early evening at the hotel bar, and then had dinner at the restaurant right next door; the food was fabulous! We arrived at the hotel by car and decided to return our rental in the late afternoon after checking in. A shuttle was available to return to the hotel; however, we decided to walk the short distance back to the hotel. The 5:00am shuttle to the airport was prompt and took a mere 4 minutes. |

I enjoyed the locaton of the hotel and the staff was very helpful. The room was large and clean. When we got there, at dinner time about 6pm, we were told that the restaurant was closed because the people that staffed it were on vacation! This is unacceptable. My wife is a diabetic and needs to eat at certain times of the day and the restaurant was closed due to vacation. Come on...Also the room was not cool enough to make me stop sweating. I could not turn the temp down far enough and this was very uncomfortable. I will not stay again at this location. |
