Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Handy for the airport and water bus or even a taxi or bus to Venice. Very pleasant will call again thank you. |

Room layout and the restaurant cafe and convenience from airport Room 101 shower was faulty (low pressure) and the sink drain was blocked.Hairdryer not powerful enough!! Friends room was fine |

Distance from the airport. The hotel was chosen for distance from the airport and availability of family rooms as it was described on booking.com. But I was refused from extra bed for my child and we had to sleep together with child in one bed. This is unacceptable. |

Convenient to both airport (by shuttle) and Venice (by 20 minute inexpensive direct city bus), clean, modern, friendly staff, quiet. As an airport transit hotel, it was perfect. However, my choice is to stay in Venice when actually visiting the city--even if the hotel is more modest than the Marriott. |

This is my regular stopping point to be near Venice Airport. The staff are alway very helpful and friendly regardless of time of day. The free shuttle to the airport is also "a nice touch" that a lot of other hotels don't offer.A great place to stop. |

It was very close to the airport, had to wait for an hour for the shuttle bus but only a 3 minute journey when it finally arrived. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very extensive which was great but also very expensive, a cheaper option should be available for people who want a light snack instead of a mamouth all you can eat buffet. I paid thirteen euros for two slices of toast which is excessive. My meal in the restaurant had to be re-heated as it was cold in the middle, I then left it uneaten but still had to pay. |
