The room was contemporary and spacious.

The hotel entrance was not obvious (within a large building complex used by other companies). Breakfast could have been better.

Very good location, perfect if you are planning one day trip to Ischia. Staff very friendly, thanks for the useful tips!

Breakfast could be improved

1. It was just like it said in its advert. 2. It is very convenient for transport to Herculaneum & Pompeii. Your list in [3] above does not mention art/history/heritage as a reason for a holiday (why not?) but that is a particular advantage of this accommodation.

1. 7 rooms but only 3 breakfast tables! 2. Whilst staff were happy to let us wait in the breakfast area after checking out there was no lavatory facility outside the bedrooms for us to use. 3. The staff were nice but the place had an odd atmosphere typified by those things.

Modern, clean room. Location is quite nice, close to harbor and touristic attractions. Staff was helpful and welcomed us well. It was rich breakfast.

The room door does not isolate the noise coming from reception and breakfast time.

Naples is really a beautiful city. The Covo degli Angioini is very well located, close to the harbor and a short walk from the shopping center. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they explained everything we could see how all the monuments and the most characteristic places to eat. They welcomed us really well. The room was large and very clean. We will be back gladly.

The hotel is really nice! The room we were allocated was huge and furnished in a very particular way. The red color is really very special. The bathroom was spacious and clean, we loved it. The very rich and varied breakfast: bacon, eggs, cheese, but also milk, croissants, chocolate was really all there. Rating: 10

Room is comfortable

Very difficult to find and receptionist didn't want to help us over the phone. Too much noise, since room is next to reception

We had a great room with a jacuzzi and a sauna,modern design, really nice. The breakfast was pretty decent and the location was excellent

One of the two receptionist was absolutely inefficient and once made us wait for 15 minutes because she ws basically flirting with some guy from another company on the phone. More important, while we were relaxing in the jacuzzi the water started to make some brown foam, pretty disgusting. Also, the wall had som sort of greasy stains on it.

the location of the hotel is perfect: it is close to the city center, close to the meeting poing of CitySightseeing buses; good pizzeria nearby; well-designed hotel.

It is difficult to find it because there is no big sign of the hotel name, just small table among the others on the building wall; the entering door was close; no indication at what level the hotel is (it is located just in big building); you have to walk with luggage up the stairs cause the hotel is between the 3rd and the 4th levels; too small area for breakfast - families have to wait for free table. The shower cubicle is not hermetic and water goes into the room.

I book the hotel for the proximity from the port ( I arrived Naples on a cruise). Very convenient, 8 minutes walk off Molo Beverello straight ahead and voila'. Hotel is in the 4th floor of the building. The Staff... A plus. The lady wore all the hats, concierge, receptionist, waitress and so... All with great disposition and grace. She was the best part of my stay. Breadfast was great, fresh and generous.

Location is very good. The lady at the reception was very kind and friendly and gave us many useful information! Breakfast is very tasty and nurishing. The room itself and the facilities are rather comfortable.

The only thing: we lived in room 6 (just opposit reception zone and breakfast area) it is quite noisy. If you stay longer than 2 nights ask for another room.

Was advertized as a hotel its the third floor of a building with rooms turned into bedrooms breakfast is served in the reception.

to much noise ,we hear everything from the television of the next room to the reception, we had difficulties to sleep this is an young adult only B&B,not recommended for families

What a lovely little place to stay in Naples! Took a little bit of time to find the entrance however when we did we were warmly welcomed by a charming receptionist who had a wealth of local knowledge and would help you with anything you asked. The hotel looks very stylish and this is also found in the rooms. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The hotel is right by the marina so is perfect if you want to take the boat to Sorrento and Capri (well worth it but get the train to Sorrento for €4 and get the boat back to Naples). If you arrive at the central train station you will need to get the local bus as its too far to walk with bags. Overall we had a great time here and would definitely stay here again but for more than 2 nights so we could use it more as a base to see more of the surrounding area.

I didn't not like anything apart from the initial search for the hotel but we arrived early evening so it was more difficult due to it being darker.

Excellent staff,always helpfull even without demanding! They organised everything:checking ferry connections, restaurant proposols with included price reduction, taxi and bus reservations. They knew the interesting spots to visit and welcomed you with a bright smile and a kuddle for the baby... Baby cot (matching room colors!) was provided in an instant and was in good shape

Beeing quite newly furnished the rooms (more the bath) starts to "have lived". -So a board to pose toilette accessoires was missing (attachements remaining) and the shower head was in a sad position. Drainage of the shower wasn't to good either. There should be more attention towards maintanance of the facilities. Especially because everything else is just excellent!
