Our stay was very enjoyable - the room was good, the air condition worked very well and quietly (important with temp. Of over 30 degrees) and I would like to pay a big compliment to the reception staff who were esp. Helpful and knowledgeable

The hotel is in a beautiful scenery, wonderfully designed and furnished inside, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is abundant and delicious, and the receptionists are handsome and friendly. What else could one wish for a perfect accomodation?

The hotel is perfectly situated on the sea, with a beautiful view of the old town. The balcony outside the room was lovely. The breakfast is good, and the staff are pleasant. The rooms are very quiet with a double door, and the room can be made very dark for a sound sleep. It is a beautiful property. The room is very small,and so is the shower. But overall this is good value for the price.

Amazing view on clifs and see, beautiful hotel. Polignano will definitively stay bright in our memory, beautiful place. The staff was very helpfull, however we did not find the typical Italian heartfulness. Maybe a slight pretentious attitude, was however never really a problem. We would reserve there again next time.

A hotel gyönyörű helyen helyezkedik el pár perc sétára az óvárostól, éttermektől. A személyzet figyelmes, a szálloda tiszta és barátságos. Csak ajánlani tudom.

Ottimo il livello complessivo della struttura. Nella sala prima colazione la vista sul mare è spettacolare. L'accesso alla depandance dovrebbe essere svincolato dal concierge (sarebbe meglio prevedere un campanello visto che sono presenti telecamere). Altro neo il parcheggio: hanno un garage piccolo (solo 4 auto) che viene usato anche come deposito dell'albergo e che fanno pagare una esagerazione, € 10 a notte. Ultimo appunto sul ristorante: si mangia bene ma I prezzi sono sfacciatamente esagerati (un bicchierino di grappa € 10!!). Inoltre il check out non corrisponde ai tempi dell'albergo: l'orario masismo è 10:30 e non 14:00.

Pulizia della camera, mare vicino, discreta colazione Asciugamani scadenti, scarso parcheggio (abbiamo pagato il garage a parte ma alla mattina spostavano le auto dal garage al piazzale antistante...quindi mi chiedo cosa lo abbiamo pagato a fare), niente spiaggia privata, e le calette vicino sono affollatissime in agosto, doccia 60x60 (minuscola per qualsiasi essere umano e soprattutto albergo,specialmente un 4 stelle)

Der Frühstücksraum hat eine tolle Sicht nach draußen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass es in Italien oft nur wenig zum Frühstück gibt. Das Hotel liegt schön am Meer. Das Fenster im Zimmer war recht klein und hatte keine schöne Aussicht.

Завтрак на террасе с видом на расщелину в скале. Все остальные номера - обычные, с видом на город. Воможно, нужно бронировать супер-люкс, чтобы получить вид на море. Не понравилось очень многое - отель заявлен как 4 зв, но на самом деле - это максимум 3. Сервис - ленивый и медленный, кофе на завтраке нужно ждать минут 10, и то если лично подойдёшь и попросишь. Вайфай - бесплатно только час в день, нужно каждый раз вводить десятизначные коды, что очень раздражает. Расположение - на самой окрание города, парковку не найти. Завтрак - не уровня 4 зв.Сухой паёк, нет даже ни одной мясной нарезки. Стоимость 110 евро за дабл за такой сервис - сильно завышенная.
