Very friendly owner and all the staff. Clean, tidy, quiet and securitycode. Inexpensive. Wi-Fi is only on the ground floor.

The staff was really friendly. The location quite central (port and city a accessible by foot). Sheets and towels were clean and changed. -The hotel is too old -would need some renovation -some noisy neighbors -tv not working properly -too expensive for the quality offered

the hotel is not too far from the train station and the city center, the staff were helpful the hotel needs renovation, the hotel is clean but needs to be re-freshened, the balcony is shared with a few rooms and the view is not fantastic, overlooking the building's unattractive back yard

Great staff - decent hotel to use while travelling in/out on the ferry or train, but a longish walk from each. This is my second stay at hotel Cristal in 3 weeks. Very nice staff wll let you hang out after checkout and use the wifi in the comfortable cafe area - a great benefit, since many ferries do not wail till late evening - please tip them for this, since it makes travel through Bari so much nicer. Thisbhotel was in its prime 30 years ago and showing its age a bit - but clean and comfotable nonetheless.

Hotel Cristal were fantastic- so helpful, the service was amazing. We had not booked a car space but they were able to provide one. A big thank you to Abdu, evening front office for his assistance.

A place to stay while travelling through ferry port or rail. Staff was great - after checkout, they allowed me to hang out in the cafe area and use wifi waiting for evening ferry....Please tip them if you do this. Otherwise, a basic hotel past its prime. It was clean. AC worked. i had a nice balcony to relax and dry some clothes. This hotel was in its prime 30 years ago - it is tired, but stil able to provide comfort for a night or two.

It was all right, I just needed to be in Bari en route to Matera, and it was the cheapest deal I could find as a single traveller. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good, with proper coffee. It was a bit pricey for what you got, but it did seem to be the best deal I could get in Bari

Nice enough clean friendly staff Language barrier. Barely spoke any english took taxi to train station because they told me to.. It was a max. 10 minute walk there is nothing wrong with this hotel but for 50 Euro a night it wasnt anything special by any means

La amabilidad con que nos atendieron en todo momento.Llegamos en un vuelo tarde, y nos estaban esperando. Todo muy limpio y céntrico, nos permitió desplazarnos caminando y ver la ciudad.Nos guardaron el equipaje hasta que volvimos.- La habitación que nos dieron tenía la cama pegada a la pared, y yo tenía que entrar en ella desde los pies.-

La disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff rendono il soggiorno molto gradevole, facendoti sentire subito il benvenuto. La posizione è molto buona viste le brevi distanze dal centro storico e dalla metropolitana. Sicuramente tornerei a soggiornare lì!! l'unico neo è stata la doccia che non aveva il tubo ma era fissata al muro!

понравилось абсолютно всё, дружелюбный персонал, чисто, уютно, хорошее расположение, недалеко центральный вокзал с корого можно доехать до любого города провинции, 15 минут до старого города, в следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь в данном отеле

Balcone ampio e ottima vista, il personale della reception gentile e sempre disponibile per informazioni, colazione voto 7, distributori automatici all interno della struttura. Letto di medie dimensioni nella camera matrimoniale se si soggiorna in 2. Manca il phon per i capelli in bagno.

Cortesia e massima disponibilità. La camera ha un gradevole e spazioso terrazzo. La colazione prevede solo il dolce e non il salato; all'arrivo mancava l'asciugamano della doccia in bagno; le prese di corrente non hanno l'adattatore universale, che è disponibile solo su richiesta gratuitamente in portineria; il prezzo del garage non è pubblicato sul sito.
