It was clean and functional - the facilities all worked and the room was functional! It was very basic and I felt that the pictures on the website were somewhat misleading. Although clean and friendly, there were no extra facilities such as kettle, hairdryer. As a very basic stopover it was ok.

The value for money, the staff ( there's a guy there who actually does everything, very helpful ) the breakfast. The hotel is situated in a quite close area from San Gimignano, it is a good alternative for San Gimignano hotels ( those are way more expensive ) There's a resort, so you can be a little disturbed by the noise ( when we've been there, everybody went to bed at 11 PM, so it was ok )

Buona posizione per visitare Siena, San Gimignano e altri borghi antichi. Camera grande, e pulita, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Stanze poco insonorizzate. Nel bagno mancava l'asciugacapelli. Mancanza di uno spazio interno per tenere la bici.

L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione e il personale gentile.X Il resto meglio lasciar perdere. Appena arrivati, da fuori, l'avevo battezzato "container....una volta dentro,a parte il personale gentile, sembrava veramente di essere dentro una scatola. Pulizia scarsa, aria condizionata inesistente, pareti sottilissime (al mattino si sentiva lo spazzolino elettrico del vicino di stanza).Non siamo rimasti soddisfatti per niente di questa struttura.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione defilata, ma vicina a posti bellissimi come San Gimignano e Monteriggioni. La posizione, in una strada periferica, rende obbligatorio l'uso di una macchina.
