Room 801 was very good. Bathroom and facilities are Ok. Although Staf not smiling, which is rare for Milano. In general will book again, because for this price i was staying in much worse conditions in The same area

Located well for the train station, room was pretty good and clean

The area is appalling, dirty and thoroughly disgusting. The staff were rude, the wifi wasn't free much like everything else in Italy and didn't even work with any consistency. I found Milan hugely disappointing principally due to the people.

Price and location. The hotel is located very near the train station.

The staff is not so friendly. Actually, some staff members are unfriendly and unwilling to help. I had to pay in order to use the internet. I booked a non-smoking room, but its bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke all the time. I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. One day I woke up and there was a small cockroach on the bedside table.

Close to train station.

Very small outdated room. Felt unclean. Difficult to move around room. Very noisy in the mornings, I was woken around 5 am and the noise continued throughout the morning. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. No free wifi available (there is a charge if you wish to use hotel wifi). Bathroom small, tiny shower, water damage visible in bathroom. No breakfast provided through booking.com, but guests can pay extra for breakfast however charge was too exorbidant for us to consider eating at the hotel. Overall hotel is not in very good shape and does not offer modern day facilities.

The location was really good!

There was not extra cups or cutlery in case you wanted to drink something. Also the amount of shower gel in the bathroom was very little. When I needed to ask for these supplies there was not staff available.

The hotel is quite shabby and neglected. Rooms are very small. WiFi does not work.

Location - less than 10 min. walk for the west side of the Milan Centrale train station.

Poor rooms and breakfast.

The rooms where very good service was excellent excellent location for train station

The lifts are very slow the breakfast was good but certain items should have been changed and not left overs from the day before

Close to the Central Train Station and Metro.

Breakfast staff very slow. Once there was no bread, no cheese, no ham or a single egg to eat and I had to wait long time to get something and after 5 minutes again no food on a table. (Once you get it the breakfast is OK)

Bed too soft

Good location, just next to Milano Centrale (main train station, direct shuttle buses to Malpensa airport). Close to subway station, walking distance from historical center. There were European sockets in rooms (Italy has its own standard incompatible with the rest of EU).

Breakfast. Horribly expensive and poor quality. Avoid. There are many cafes with awesome Italian food around which are much better choices for the breakfast. No free WiFi.

Close to central station if travelling around italy or arriving from malpensa. Close metro stop. And near business/financial area of milan.

Super location just 5 minutes walk from Milano Centrale rail station. Clean, reasonably priced hotel. Staff nice and helpfull, but needed more pressure to give us some restaurant city tips otherwise they only insisted that we vistit "recommended" only one restaurant in the neighborhood.

Room was booked for 2 people, but only 1 set of towels etc. was prepared - this was however fixed when the issue was raised.

Very close to central train station, very economy price for such a location in Milan. We booked a economy double room, but the room is actually very spacious

Room on fifth floor are news and good for the purpose of my stay. Previously I stayed in a room on a third floor which was very old, dirty and unconfortable.

Very helpful front desk staff, clean and unlike some hotels we stayed at on our trip, the third bed really was a bed!

a bit noisy

The hotel is only a couple of steps from the Central Station and it has a very competitive price. The staff is polite, check in and check out were very quick.

I could hear my neighbours' noise during the night.

The breakfasts were poor and not variety. The dishes were differents: saucers did not fit in the cups. I think for the image of the hotel is not a good case.

5 mins walk to Train station & metro. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly & english speaking.

Rooms environment quiet dull( Small rooms with one yellow bulb) & no window (Natural light). No mini bar(Fridge) As we entered the room I felt I am not staying in 1 star hotel(Should not be 3 star) Can only recommend for overnight stay. Not for kids.
