“ We were a mixed party of 3 families, young couple, family of 4 with two small children, family of 3. The Staff at the Hotel were very friendly nothing was too much trouble, they were very helpful and spoke very good English. We did not eat at the Hotel as the Menu's although sounded very good to us did not really cater for the children and we had to eat out. ”

Newly-built Hotel Cristallo enjoys an exceptional location in Sestiere’s exclusive ski resort, next to the Vialattea ski lifts and ski school and just a few minutes from the golf course. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Excellent access to the slopes. Eggs at breakfast well out of date - caused a small problem!

We were a mixed party of 3 families, young couple, family of 4 with two small children, family of 3. The Staff at the Hotel were very friendly nothing was too much trouble, they were very helpful and spoke very good English. We did not eat at the Hotel as the Menu's although sounded very good to us did not really cater for the children and we had to eat out. After speaking to all 3 families, we all said the same "beds and pillows very uncomfortable, hard" this was the only thing we all agreed we did not like which wouldnt put any of us off booking again.
