remote control for the air conditioner was dirty, and the heat pump for the air conditioner mounted outside the window was really noisey. |

Good location close to train station and within a walking distance to touristic atractions. Clean. Good staff. There are always pros and cons when staying close to train stations, and at night the atmosphere in the neighbourhood was not particularly good. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location is near to the centre of the city. The location, while central, is not the greatest part of town. The rooms are clean and functional, but not exactly comfortable. |

Large comfortable room, excellent buffet breakfast with good choice.Staff helpful and friendly. Well situated for travel in the area, nearby Lakes Garda and Iseo. Adjacent to rail station and nearby to bus station. Be aware that some rooms face the rail station and can be quite noisey at night, unless you like trains! |

Breakfast was very nice. The reception staff did not give me back my passport, and let me check out without it. I was half-way through my journey before I realised, so had to go back. They did not seem very apologetic. Highly incompetent. |

The hotel is run by a nice Italian family. The Senora and the sons speak some English, which helped me since I am new to the Italian language. They are very helpful and even once made a call for me, since my Italian is poor. They seem dedicated to providing a good experience for their guests. :) |

non ha l'ascensore e dopo una giornata di lavoro, farsi anche solo un piano con la valigia non è il massimo, la zona stazione è una brutta zona e la reception è al primo piano, ribadendo, senza ascensore. La colazione a buffet è poco fornita. |

Keine besonders positiven Eigenschaften zu verzeichnen. Der Zimmerboden war sehr unsauber (insbesondere Staub), und die Nächte aufgrund der Nähe zur Rezeption unruhig (Lärm teils um 5.00 Uhr früh und abends bis in die Nacht hinein). |
