Good breakfast, relatively cheap internet access, nice location close to retaurants and shops. Safe location to park car outside hotel not having to use parking lot. A very nice feature of hotel was that it let us stay beyond the check out time at a small cost even fixing us our room! Staff was not well trained, only one person could speak english or solve problems at any one time, attending person got into quarrels over the phone in front of customers for 10 15 minutes ignoring customers. |

Full size clean and modern room. Large bed and bathroom. Great TV selection, including BBC and Fox. Excellent location and breakfast service. No complaints--an excellent hotel. |

hotel moderne sur la Via Roma, rue commercante de Palerme. Positin centrale pour visiter. Un acces internet est disponible gratuitement. Enfin tres calme bien que donnant sur une rue tres bruyante, grace a une bonne isolation sonnore. Petit dejeuner sur le toit !!! Le petit dejeuner aurais pu etre meilleur et plus complet. |

La camera tripla era molto grande, il bagno era grande e c'era anche la vasca. La posizione è ottima: vicino al centro e vicino alla fermata dell'autobus per l'aeroporto e per il mare (Mondello). Nei corridoi si moriva di freddo a causa dell'aria condizionata. La colazione non era di qualità. |

El personal muy atento. Las instalaciones impecables, habitación grande, confortable y muy limpia. Se puede descansar casi como si estubieras en casa. Y el hotel tenía una ubicación formidable. La decoración de cortinas, colchas, etc..., algo pasada de moda, pero es lo menos importante. |
