Plenty of Hot water Proximity to airport bus and key sights/transport links Bar was closed in evening - finally managed to get a drink but no peanuts or crisps or olives and drinks were expensive. No attempt to provide atmosphere in hotel lounge/bar - so unwelcoming. The worst breakfast I have been offered by a so-called 4* hotel - Poor quality of fruit juice, coffee, pastries was inexcusable. B&B in Agrigento by comparison was superb so there is no excuse - shows the hotel management just dont care. Someone needs to raise their standards otherwise they wont survive and Booking.com ought to check them out.

Nice personnel, very helpful and friendly! Nice clean rooms and rather quiet even though we had a busy street just below. The roof terass for breakfast was pleasant.

goed ontbijt met voldoende keuze, vriendelijk personeel, ligging vlak bij centrum ontbijt op te warm dakterras, krakende bedden, warme kamer, enkel gordijnen voor de ramen van de douche, betonnen kolom in midden van de kamer, slechte parkeermogelijkheden

la posizione sarebbe opportuno pulire le finestre esterne che più che cristall sembrano fangon, la mancanza di parcheggi con quelli esistenti molto esosi 15 euro.

Redelijke prijs voor een viersterrenhotel. Ook niet te zakelijk en de locatie was prima. Wifi was steeds buiten gebruik en wanneer het wel werkte, alleen in de lobby. De koffie aan het ontbijt was niet te drinken, sowieso een matig ontbijt, we waren beter gewend, wel op een prachtig dakterras overigens.

Hôtel trés confortable et moderne , personnel sympathique . Excellente situation géographique dans le centre de Palerme , possibilité de visiter tous les monuments à pied depuis l'hôtel , il est situé à 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus ( devant le Politeama) qui fait la navette jusqu'à l'aéroport ( bus Prestia é Comande) . Petit déjeuner copieux servi sur terrasse (veranda) au dernier étage . Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel situé au centre de Palerme. A recommander.

Bella la terrazza panoramica dove si fa colazione. Il personale è efficace e gentile. La camera dove alloggiavo era piuttosto piccola e il wireless, come al solito, non funzionava. A colazione, come ogni hotel che si rispetti, avrebbe dovuto avere sul bancone anche le uova strapazzate e il bacon, nonché qualche altra varietà di dolce.
